I loved shopping here. Great customer service I ended up spending way much more than I was thinking. But still love all the clothing pieces I bought from Ann taylor. I had to switch sizes on one skirt and one blazer. They happily helped. Love it I highly recommend shopping at Ann Taylor for very nice styles and great customer service.

The lady at the checkout counter at the Ann Taylor Galleria Houston was rude, abnoxious and racist. She called the customers names. Never had such a bad experience with any staff at any Ann Taylor. I hope The management takes appropriate actions to fix that lady's attitude or better yet, fire her

Good quality and I like their style. Their prices are reasonable. I like their pants, tshirts, shirts skirts, dresses and even purses. Basically I like everything they sell. I like that their designs are simple but interesting.

Collection was good..Prices were more on the upper end . Inconsistencies with deals they offer . The board says it's 25 % off when you apply a credit card . But the cashier says it's 15 %. Get things straight !!.

Most of my suits are Ann Taylor, they never go out of fashion, classic style yet modern, smart looking, elegant, classy & got always lovey feminine cut giving the body it’s shape & a sexy look as well.

Has a great selection. I think this place is geared for a more seasoned crowd. There are great finds if you like the mature look. The prices are more on the upper end. Petite and slim sizes here mostly.

Horrible service and rude staff. I was yelled at for my gf coming out to show me something she tried on while I waited in the dressing room area. Since they do not allow men in the waiting area.

This is the worse Ann Taylor I have ever shopped. Nonexistent customer service and they do not know there inventory either. Today I waited 10 minutes to try shoes on.

Highly recommend this store. Olena was super helpful and kind helping me find the perfect fit for a suit. I will be coming back just for customer service.
