Purchased this two piece for a New Year's Eve event when I received my order I got the top a different size so I checked my invoice to make sure it wasn't my mistake after checking I found out it was a honest mistake on Ashley Stewart part so I call to see if there was anyway I could get the correct size shipped out to me in time for my event after talking to a support person I was instructed that I would have to repurchase the item again by placing a new order which I stated why should I repay for something I already paid for therefore it should be shipped to me in time for my event I told them to create me a return label for the size that was shipped to me wrong that wasn't good enough for them so what I'm stating is I have been a valued customer for years but not anymore keep your emails I'm done signed the GRENCH

Do not purchase anything unless your will be picking up yourself. The delivery is horrible they didn't even notify me of my sofa not being delivered on scheduled delivery date. I had to call them just to find out delivery was never scheduled. Then today I receive a phone call telling me that now it won't be delivered until December 22 ,2020.. Completely unacceptable. This is the worst experience ever and I will never purchase from ASHLEY again. I also will let everyone know about the horrible experience I had. Word of MOUTH is your best advertising but could also be your WORST enemy.

One of the LAST Ashley Stewart's in the Greater New Orleans Area. This store serves plus size & tall ladies; with not many of these stores around, this place is a GEM. I know ladies that journey far & wide to pursue the store in hopes of purchasing apparel for their body types. VERY nice clothing, pricing is fair & the styes are gorgeous. From the dressy to the casual to business attire, accessories & shoes. Way to go ASHLEY STEWART for addressing the needs of these ladies & getting it RIGHT!!!!!!

Okay so I love some of the things Ashley Stewart has in here for us thick women, but my lord, can they come down on some of the prices. Then when they say buy one get one half off. Well I just have wishful thinking because it's certain items, which are not as flattering. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have been shopping here for years, and still have not saved a dime

It was my first time shopping at Ashley Stewart. I went in for a Jill Scott butterfly convertible bra. Also my first convertible bra ever. The staff & a customer was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful experience & I saw a lot of clothes that was very stylish & the price are reasonable. I'm in love with Ashley Stewart!!!

I don't know if I'm supposed to report a good or bad review.... I have never had an issue shopping here ,however we need this store back open, it has been closed since hurricane ida.. everyone does not want to shop online.. this is the last ashley stewart left in the city.. please open soon

This location is very limited with clothing and styles. It looks as though it is going out of business. The two store clerks seem to be avoiding helping or greeting not only myself but no one else who entered the store. Didnt like this experience. I will not shop there again.

Love this store! It is the only one left in the city of New Orleans. This location always has tons of attractive things in the clearance section for career wear which is a plus. The sizes go to a 30-32 and there are tall sizes. What's not to love?

Never keep a good amount of somethings esp what's online. And sometimes certain women in there treat costumers like their an inconvenience to them. Ridiculous! Now the older black lady will help and short red lady is cool as well.

Store was nice and very clean. No clutter. Everything was where it should be. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because items displayed in window was not available in the store.

What is going on with Ashley stewart they have been closed for months. I believe ever since hurricane Ida it’s been closed for business I even tried calling during business hour but no answer. Do anybody know what’s going on?

Re-visited! Open for business!!! Since my last visit, this store has closed! I am devastated. This was the only place I could shop for clothes and they did not roll up on my curvy/lumpy self! Why is it now closed?

Sale Associates were very courteous. Good selections and sizes are available. Store was well organized fitting rooms were clean.
