Now in the past I have shopped at different Rainbow locations, I always love the fact they have my size and color in different attire . Today I stop at a Rainbow location off of Tulane Ave and Carrollton in New Orleans, Louisiana. Spent almost an hour picking out 3 different outfits, once I was satisfied with the items I picked out , I wanted to try them on before I purchased those items. I was told that the fitting room was closed, without hearing I do apologize or due to the cov19, we are no longer allowing any customers to use the fitting room. So instead of blowing up I turned around and put the items back on the racks and walked the hell out of the store .Took my business to K&G used their fitting room and brought 5 items , a purse and 7 head wraps for less than 140 dollars.

The employee in the store saw me and another customer standing outside the door for 10 minutes after the store was supposed to open, and she simply refused to unlock the door. I will definitely contact corporate regarding this matter. How unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She didn't even acknowledge us standing there or let us know she was a bit behind preparing the store for opening. She just kept walking around the back while we stood outside looking.

My shopping experience was great the staff was attentive. The cashier was very helpful, I haven't bought myself anything in 4 years and I decide to go in because it's one of my favorite shops . Everything was clean, well stocked and inventory was being put out on the floor as I shopped. I will return again very soon. I give this store 20 out of 10

I never saw costumer service like this they are so rude and disrespectful! The lady there called someone out of their name. I feel as if you cant handle people why are you working here. It was the worse experience ever

I always enjoy my visits to Rainbow. They always have something I want. I recommend this store all the time. Awesome selection of styles.
