I like that this location always seems to have everyone else's size except for mine. Seems like every time I even stop at this location, which is very seldom, they either take all the sizes I need off the hangers or they're keeping them in the back, and lord forbid you have to ask the sales associates for anything! They seem nonchalant about helping you find anything.... I swear there's always a line or wait even if you have one customer in front of you!!!! The women are always so chatty instead of checking you out, they literally would stand there and finish their conversation before even assisting you to check you out with your items. I was literally standing in line for almost 30 minutes with only one lady in front of me. I must've had three different conversations with three other customers in line because of the long wait! Plus, there was another employee standing at the other register while continuing to carry on with the conversation and not check out customers in line. I truly dislike having to leave a review like this but I don't like the fact that you can't go into an establishment with ease while trying to spend ones hard earned money. I didn't even have a lot of stuff! I only had one top in my hand and I found a really nice ashtray! I stood in line for a top that was too big, it wasn't my size and I am not going to spend all of my day trying to return one item.

This Rainbow is clean! The air the floor and the employees inside the store. The clothing display needs some improvement. There needs to be a sales rack somewhere visible on the sales floor. I await a new variety of clothing for my plus size selection.

Worst place ive shopped in new orleans the manager was rude it was so many anti theft devices u couldnt try on the shoes. They have no samples for the perfume that they sell. Theve got some cute stuff tho

It's okay sometimes I went yesterday gotten my daughter these cute little dresses for a good price was mad though brought some sandles from them they popped they same night was so mad

I did not like that I could not try on the clothes. You have to purchase them and bring them home to try on. Then return them if they don't fit or you just don't them.
