This post office is quite great. Situated in Banyo Shopping Centre, which is quite close to the Banyo Library and Woolworths, this post office is great for your mail needs. You are able to get a parcel collect address for free here, which is one of the most useful things in case you aren’t at home and order something online. The service is great. I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve been great, understanding and quick to get my parcels. I don’t understand the other negative reviews as I’ve had great experiences here.

Have tried to collect a parcel over the past two days since returning from holidays. Came down yesterday to find that it was a special public holiday just for post offices, but saw the notice attached, thought I'd come down Saturday instead. Today is Saturday but appears the staff are still on holidays. Of the 10 business days I had to collect the parcel, I believe the post office was only open for 3 of them. Not like anyone would be expecting mail over the Christmas break...

To that delivery driver who got my package to it's destination in Banyo even though I'd accidentally put the house number but forgotten the street name. (something I didn't realise until after it was delivered.) You, sir. Are a f*cking LEGEND! I can only assume you used either The Force, or your keen sense of smell to achieve this miraculous feat. Whatever the case, I just wanted you to know that you are a postal NINJA! Thank you for your excellent service.

Since the Post Office relocate to Banyo Shopping Centre, the Post Office is now so new and clean compare to the previous location. Staffs are so friendly and helpful, PO Box area is indoor which is more user friendly, I really think this is one of the best post office in the north side.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews, the CSR who served me was Cindy, she was absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the whole process of sending a box overseas with care, respect and inna friendly manner. Very satisfied!

Horrible customer service experience at Aust post Banyo letting young adults run your business without adequate customer service training is a recipe for disaster i will drive out of my way to the next Aus post from now on

as per another customer review, had awkward shaped item to post and was directed by staff to the box and bags section, even though I had told her that I already looked there. Will go to Sandgate PO instead!

Staff are rarely friendly and do bare minimum to help. Snail mail seems an apt description when posting anything from this office. Aus Post in general never meets expectations so it shouldn't be a surprise.

The out of hours lady is the friendliest, and most helpful Aus Post staff member I've had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for going above and beyond every single time …

Post office now has early pickup so I'm revising my rating from 1 start to 5 stars. Working people can now pick up items without having to be late for work. :)
