I have been a business customer with Australia Post for over 20 years and this post office had been my local for that long. Being a business customer I put alot of volume thru and have a credit account. The previous two owners were brilliant and could not speak highly enough. However the current owner - a lady who is hardly there does not show any interest. She has owned it for maybe a year and the business has been run into the ground. She has had a revolving door of staff that were poorly trained (not there fault), I often had to show them what to do, twice my mail was left lying around the floor for up to a week and a notice was never put in my PO box. On another instance i was given the wrong parcel by the staff member and I had to point it out. They have two customer service counters of which only one is ever open (even at Christmas - the busiest period) thus customers have to que out to the door front. Most recently 21/3/19, I had over $200 charged to my aust post account by that post office for goods that i never purchased. It was only because i reconciled my Aust post account that i picked up on this. I have contacted the customer complaints team about this awful situation and the only response i got was more staff training would be done but the service got worst. I have since taken my business elsewhere. AVOID this post office best you can unless you want the above to happen to you!

Zero stars for the worst possible customer experience EVER. I had to phone 9 nines to enquire about an express posted article which was overdue. Each time I called, after three rings, the phone went to fax which screeches in your ear. When someone finally answered the call, I told them how unpleasant it was to have a fax machine screeching in your ear. I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone, and the attitude was one of total lack of care. I was actually quite shocked at the manner in which I was spoken to. I completely back up all the previous negative comments about this post office. Since the new owners took over it has been appalling customer service. If the lady could get her head out of her telephone and look up and acknowledge that she had a customer standing there, that would be a good start. However, the “service” doesn’t even improve once she has finished texting, as her lack of interest is obvious, that we, the customer are an interruption to her day. I will avoid as much as possible going back to Graceville Post Office. At the rate they are going,I can’t imagine they will be in business for much longer. Such a shame, as the previous owners were delightful, and I believe it is important to support our local small businesses.

I would like to second the experience shared recently by another customer - I experienced TERRIBLE service, received from the woman working on 8/02/2019. I had to wait for her to FINISH TEXTING before she acknowledged me. Then she gave me wrong information about another post office I had to go to to send a security check for work. Absolutely awful.

This post office is upholding the highest standards of this great countries postal delivery service. Loosing mail, delivering to the wrong address. I don't understand all these bad reviews. The bar isnt set very high. So realistically, they meet everything that Australia post is known for. Solid 4 stars.

"Will not do passport photos or applications because they have been rejected too many times" then let slip that its too late to start the process, "it takes too much time" as it was 430 and they close at 5.. store was empty. She sent me to rocklea post office which close at 4pm. Lovely.

Do not get your passport photos here. My wife had her photo taken then signed by her guarantor. Then took my application to Stones Corner and they refused to accept the photo because it did not meet the requirements. What an absolute pain and waste of my time.

Worst post office in Australia! The lady is so rude and does not have any knowledge of customer service and common sense! I hate to go there but yesterday I had to and same experience as 6 months ago. She will never learn how to respect others!

Have been trying to call as I am interstate and a parcel has arrived but the phone number is wrong and won't go through. Hoping they don't send it back or I'll be requesting the repost charges be refunded to me

This post office's opening hours are only useful if you don't have a job. Opening on Saturday morning, or doing 10-6 or 8-4 would be a massive improvement in usefulness.

Absolutely worst service every time I am forced to visit this Post Office. Young lady is incredibly rude and needs training in how to deliver customer service

They won’t answer the phone - I have called them 3 times but still not answering the phone - it is now 1.33 pm on 7th October 2022

The staff at the post office have a warm service attitude and fast handling of mailings. They praised their smiling service.

Disgrace for ausppost, woman and a man needs some attitude to talk to customer. Completely disheartend by this experience
