Called earlier to see where my parcels were as they claimed it was in a 'safe place'. Lady on the phone was polite and helpful. Went to retreive my parcels from my mail box (in the pouring rain!) one of them had water damage! I have made sure when ordering online that I tick and explain where I want parcels. They did not leave it at the front door instead put them all in the mail box. First 2 I opened were in mint condition, the third and final was unlucking. Disappointing service from the mail man

Very smart, friendly and hardworking staff. Quickest and best service that you can get. Their working hours have been very helpful for us as they are open till 5:30 pm and on Saturdays mornings which make it easy for us to pick up our parcels.

Ladies in the store are awesome but our mail delivery person can't read, I've lost one parcel that required a signature and most recently another express post bag that needed a signature was just thrown over the fence, terrible.

This is the best Auspost I have ever been. The staff are super efficient and patient. It’s pleasant experience for my every visit. It’s lucky for me to live nearby.

Great local post office but disappointed to find them closed on 30 December when their opening hours and flyers stated they were open until 11am.
