I don't know why this post office is allowed to call itself a post office. They're basically a glorified mail box. If you've already got a stamped envelope, then great. If you need anything more than that, you're screwed. They don't even have rolls of stamps for sale! Our office recently took in a bunch of Christmas cards to post, thinking they could frank them for us and then send in bulk. Nope, they don't have a franking machine. We were told we'd have to individually stamp all the envelopes. Being Christmas cards, they attract a smaller fee, so we asked for the appropriate stamps. They gave us a sheet of non-adhesive stamps which we would have had to tear off, lick and stick! We weren't going to do that for the number of cards we had, so we decided to just pay the normal price for a roll of stamps. Nope, they don't have rolls of stamps either! The only thing they had was a sheet of adhesive stamps, but we still had to tear them around the perforations. That was not the first time we've tried to send bulk mail through them either; just the latest in a long line of frustrations. They also don't allow you to pick up parcels sent to a PO box before opening hours (9 am to 5 pm). Most post offices have a side door which you can go to to get parcels before they officially open. Instead, our staff have to make a special trip to the post office to pick up parcels, instead of being able to go on their way to work. The staff may be friendly, but they really aren't helpful, and the services at this post office are greatly lacking.

The woman who works here doesn't know the rules for passport applications. I took my daughter there to renew her passport during her school lunch break and was asked who took the passport photos. I said me and she incorrectly told me that the photos are invalid because they have to be taken by a post office or Officeworks. She also said the photos have to have a white border around them. Neither of these rules are listed on the passport web site. In fact, I knew the photos were fine because my son used similar photos to renew his passport successfully a month earlier. Anyway, we walked out and submitted our passport application without any problems at the Arana Hills Post Office. Very nice, well trained and intelligent people work there. Unfortunately my daughter was late for school after lunch due to this unnecessary delay. Could I suggest that the lady from Keperra Post Office reads up on the passport rules. I'll be complaining to the Passport Office about this too.

I was assisted beyond expectations when faced with needing to post an eBay sale. Staff assisted to find me the most cost effective way and also went beyond their duty to find some cardboard lying about to wrap the device then proceeded to continue to wrap it up and have it ready to go into a satchel! The service was beyond expectations! Thankyou to that person!

I love using this Post Office! Fabulously helpful, welcoming staff every time. I started using this P. O. after tiring of the ignorant, offensive, couldnt-care-less attitude of the staff at Arana Hills. I can't recommend Australia Post Keperra highly enough: they restored my faith in human nature and are just lovely to deal with.

The guy literally watched me walk into the store holding two packages to send and still charged me $1.60 x 2 for the envelopes, I didn't realise this until after I had left. Also shipped 2 packages within a few days of each other the same weight and same location both regular mail and the second one cost me about $5 more.

Simply the friendliest, most proactive aussie post team i have worked with in Australia. Really good established team. Sure, deliveries get lost in transit in the system occasionally, but the team here always assist the best they can. ( and it isn't their fault anyway). Good work guys!

The lady and the gentleman that were working today were exceptional. I was in the store while they very efficiently handled multiple rushes of customers while still remaining attentive and professional. Thank you to them both!

I dont know why, for some reason most post post office workers seem to be grumpy, unfriendly and impersonal. This couple are the opposite. They are super friendly and helpful and always smiling.

Friendly local post office with efficient service. Only small so during busy times you may have to wait outside before you can be served. And bring your face mask.

Staff are friendly, but the opening hours are 1980's era and pretty inconvenient if you work full time (business hours only and Sat AM).
