Look I get it - Australia Post as a system gets it wrong sometimes. Once they sent our parcel to us (yes, they mailed it to the return address). Some of our parcels have been lost. I think those mistakes add up to less than 1% out of all the mail and parcels we send with this service. The workers are doing their best - not to mention the sheer volume of work there is to get through! I think we should all take a moment to be grateful that we have this Australia-wide system to send parcels and letters, particularly now. It's not perfect but it's pretty damn close. Thanks for doing your best with a smile (even when you have to deal with all the wowsers out there - you know the ones I mean).

Please update your hours on your profile so they are correct - people rely on this information. The staff are nice enough. Whoever owns this place - you need to hire at least another staff member. From the other comments it appears that this has been going on for at least a year which is ridiculous. I really hope you consider this with the Christmas rush coming up. The gifts items etc. for sale are awful!! I've been into some Australia Post shops where their merchandise is beautiful - lovely local jewellery, candles, kids toys etc.

2023: once again the incredible shrinking opening hours, 9-5 weekdays now. At least update your listed hours on Google so I don’t arrive at 8:30 expecting it to be open. Ridiculous opening hours, makes it near impossible to collect parcels when you work. I've had to downgrade this to 1 star now, as even the one "late" opening that was there is now gone. Enjoy picking things up if you have a job.

Your opening hours are appalling. I've had to transfer a letter to Brookside...less than 50metres down the road just so I can collect this letter on a Saturday. On top of that...I "may or may not" be charged $6.50 for a transfer. Due to your inability to provide adequate customer service (we open weekends now...get with it) I'm being penalized. Not good enough.

Is this the worst post office in Australia? Pretty sure it is. Worst customer service. The lady there laughed when I told her I had to take an hour off work to pick up a parcel because they aren’t open on weekends. Australia Post should be ashamed.

Inconsistent and increasingly inconvenient opening times, and inconsistent interpretation of postage fees depending on who is working behind the counter. A small business dooming itself to failure through poor customer service.

Pathetic that only one incompetent luddite is behind the counter during peak times. She’s both technically incompetent and more interested in chatting than doing her job efficiently.

I have never seen more than one person working here. Snails pace service, opening hours which make it impossible to collect parcels during working hours

I've had nothing but good experiences and quick service from this small post office and I have been visiting regularly for a couple of years.

My parcel has been seating there awaiting pick up for a week and they have not bothered to let me know I had to find it the hard way.

Impossible to collect parcels from here due to their opening hours. They need to open Saturday mornings or one late evening.

Long wait only one person behind the counter, they should be open longer and Saturday...

They refuge to sign my parcel and had to wait for more than week to collect it.
