Horrible service from condescending what I assume you call staff... or could be patients at the hospital... yet to work that out. Inconvenient location, worst trading hours, no option for earlier parcel pickup. Anyone works a normal 9-5 has to take a day off work just to pick up their parcels. Would advise having your mail rerouted anywhere but here as it’s nothing short of a horrible experience.

How convenient to have a post office inside the hospital! Very handy Someone commented that it's not on the street and gave it one star for that reason - given that it's the post office at the hospital (and the map clearly shows it as inside the hospital) it would be rather silly for it to be in the street because then patients and staff couldn't access it easily...

Spoke to a lovely man called Stephen today who was able to help me with a need to photocopy documents before posting. As a patient with a broken arm, mobility issues and inability to drive at present, I found him to be very accomodating and pleasant..

Rude and condescending staff, no parking facilities, closed at random hours when they're meant to be open. Get your parcels sent to Newmarket instead and save yourself the hassle.

All the staff here except for the old guy are super lovely and it is usually a great experience and greeted with a smile, everything else is just a standard Australia Post

Don't criticise the Post Office for the parking situation. They have absolutely no control over it. Betty and Philip are always very nice and efficient.

Couple who works there very friendly. Inside hospital is a shame during covid though. I would advise going when not in a rush.

Worst post office in Australia. Run by the most unhelpful, incompetent, rude old man long overdue for retirement.

Very insecure I asked for my Po Box key for the first time and he didn't even ask for my NAME or any ID!!
