I didn't have a issue with the service when I went, the lady that served me was fine. However I did see one of the girls there treat a elderly Chinese couple very impolitely. I understand there were communication issues due to the language barrier but from the tone and attitude she had with this couple it left a very sour taste in my mouth. As a by stander I would hate it if someone to treated my parents like that. There is no need to treat others who already struggle with english in that manner. Not saying all the staff there exemplify this behaviour, but it might be worth taking aside some of the younger girls and informing them a friendlier way for helping customers rather then shouting at customers. I rarely give out negative reviews as I believe there is always another side to the story but from what I saw today it is extremely hard to ignore. I hope someone takes this into consideration as I would hate to see this kind of behaviour grow.
The staff member Lauren in the store has been extremely rude and unhelpful. She should be sacked and very shamed of her behaviour. We were in a hurry to apply a passport for our daughter. She looked at our application and impatiently and raised her voice said our application was printed incorrectly and refused to help us as it’s going to be an error against her?? We wanted an explanation why then she started to raise her voice again without giving a reason. We requested to speak to her manager and she yelled ‘Go for it!’ So we ended up speaking to Michelle, Michelle has been helpful and advised us what was the reason and why. Please treat this as a formal complaint and needs to be investigated by the head office complaints team.

Worst Australia Post in Brisbane.. the line is always horrendous, there seems to be no process for a simple parcel pickup vs lengthy passport application etc. There is never any urgency in any of the staff and there never seems to be enough people serving. I opt for the locker boxes for deliveries but they are often full and sent here anyway. Why also are Aus post only open until 5pm weekdays, you have to take leave from work to stand in line for an hour just to get a parcel. Getting very fed up with Australia Post!!!
Terrible customer service. Went in for a passport application, was told that applications were processed at another counter so waited there, and then was ignored as the second woman looked at me and then proceeded to beckon other customers to her counter. Seems some of the staff needs re-training on customer service 101 as interactions with both sales assistants was unpleasant. Looking at other reviews, I can see that I'm not the only one who's experienced this and management should look into it.
Nice medium sized outlet for Australia Post. This is a full service post office with all specialist services available including cash cards for International travel, passport applications and all your postage needs. There is a good number of service counters, as well as self-service kiosks if you prefer. Not overly cluttered with extra items for sale, making it easy to navigate through the shop with a pram, wheelchair or shopping trolley. Friendly staff.
I went for passport application submission on last Tuesday at 1:30pm . I traveled from 20 km and when reached . A lady about 40 year old service me . She was not in a mode to do work . She said our photo copier is not working so I cannot do your application. It was so disappointing that I didnot gone back there till few days . Then call there HO and they confirm photo copier is working
Doesn’t deserve one star at all. This post office still has traffic because it located in a very good spot. Staffs are very rude, impatient, not friendly at all. I don’t think they care about any of customers service at all. Seriously, I rather use self checkout machines then talk to any of them in the counter. Feels like they hate their job so much.
very poor customer service provided, Mr. Khalid and the 2nd boss lady presented very disrespectfully. just because I was not dressed tidy as I was running late, they treated me like a scum. I am no matter what a customer and I pay the same as everyone else. I went to West end Australian post although it is far, the people are really professional.
Carina was a lovely and beautiful lady who approached us and giving her helping hand. One of the best experiences we have had coming to this post office. This P.O actually isn't the closet to our house, however I would gladly take extra time to come back here again thanks to the wonderful experience from staff. Thanks!
Saturday morning. Staff were alright but the place was a bit chaotic. People were lined up to outside the door and there was a 30 minute wait just to get a postage stamp, which seems pretty ridiculous. Would be nice to have separate queues for passport and then everything else so that people can get in and out quicker.
This five star is given to the gentleman who served me today. He is definitely a person for hospitality, and his knowledge and manors just made my issues easier when I asked him. When writing this comment, I'm that pleased that I'll go over again tomorrow and get his name. Awesome person with fantastic service !
I paid extra for expedited shipping, which should have arrived within 2 days, they was 1 day late and they didn't ship it directly, so I need went to another post office to pick it up! Then why do I have to pay for shipping? They also have a bad attitude and are unwilling to deal with it.
DO NOT GO THERE Awful services old man his name is Les was very rude & staff aren’t trained for passport photos & their photo printer got issue & telling customers is ok if you submit your passport application here then we will valid photos. They don’t even deserve 1star
Waiting in line for 30 min while 2 people are serving is utterly bad service on a Saturday. A line from the front counter to the enterance is in no way excusable. There is no regard whatsoever for the valuable time of customers. Whoever the manager is should be fired!
The passport photo sent to me via email was only 97KB, the quality was too poor and it got declined when submitting online for my passport application. The one I took elsewhere was 635KB. The service here was horrible. The lady was incredibly rude and impatient.
Received excellent service today from a staff member named Michelle. We printed out a passport application but the quality was not great. Michelle was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, even helped us reprint the form. Highly recommend this outlet.
Worst customer service, how hard is it for you to be open on a Saturday for people that are working through out the week and can't make it to the shops on time, nearly ever store in garden City is open expect for your sorry excuse for a store
No orderly system or signage. Queued for 30 mins to be told it’s the wrong booth when I was literally next in queue and had to rejoin. An hour later finally reach the front just to collect a parcel. Disgraceful.
Went in to organise my passport and Michelle gave me great customer service! As a business manager of a restaurant I would be happy to have such a knowleadgable and helpful employee. 100% totally satisfied
I was served by a lady with blonde hair, she was very quick to help me and kind when I wasn’t sure what to do. She remained very professional although she was very busy and had to help so many people!

I've used this post office semi regularly for work and for personal. Whilst there is generally a line the staff are proactive at helping and are generally cheerful.
Worst service, make you wait in a different line for passport renewals for 40mins only to send you away because they’ve run out of time to process anymore

They won't take photos of infants for passport. Better to goto TED photo upstairs which is really cheap though slow.
