I decided to have the Safety Test done at Auto Experts as my mechanic was on vacation at the time. I was more than confident my car would pass the Safety Test with flying colours as I had it inspected a few months ago - oil change and a full tune up. However, after inspecting the car, the owner, Darko, advised me the rear rotors and brake pads needed to be changed in order to pass the Safety Test. Mind you that the car was entirely checked top to bottom not too long ago. Darko's reason for changing the rotors was that they had a little bit of rust on them. I personally believe that replacing something simply because it is not in a perfect running condition is nothing more but an excuse to charge for a service one does not really need. I feel the garage owner tried to take advantage of the situation as he knew that I had to pay for the Safety Test regardless of the outcome. I hope other customers who left positive reviews in fact received the service they needed. Based on my experience, I would not go back to Auto Experts again.

I had a very scary experience with my Subaru and was nervous to drive it. I got in touch with Auto Experts after explaining my problem, I was told by the owner that it was ok to drive it to his shop. I asked him to do a complete checkup on my car and after a few days he got back to me with a list of suggestions and things that were vital to keep my car in good shape. He asked me if I wanted to take it to another shop for a comparison. I was satisfied with his answer and trusted him to be honest and get the work done. I was delighted with the work and the amount charged. He gave me a complete list of all the work he did as well as showing me all the parts that were changed. It was a dark and cold winter day in 2016 and my engine light went on. Stuck in traffic on Dundas, I needed assistance. While driving along, I saw the glowing Auto Experts sign and an open door. I pulled in and was greeted warmly by the few gentlemen that worked there. They asked me the problem and I said the engine light is on. They immediately got to work and determined it was the fuel sensor. They called their parts guy and had the part on order with in the hour. Had my truck fixed up the same day. I had such great service, I knew I would return. I'm now an Auto Expert regular, and am glad I took a chance on this family owned business, that I found treated me like family, without even knowing me.

After a bad experience with another local mechanic, I searched online for some local repair shops. I saw the positive reviews for Auto Experts and figured that I would give them a try. They were able to diagnose and repair my Mercedes that same day. The problem was a faulty mass air flow sensor. The other shop wanted to replace the fuel pump and filter at over $1500 with no guarantees. Darko and Vasa really know their stuff! My car is running as good as new and I couldn't be happier with the service and price. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use their services from now on.

I originally brought my F-350 to Auto Experts because they have the necessary lifts for such a heavy tuck but will 100% keep going back. Service is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also fit in a last minute service for me when they were full, very accommodating!

Got a PPI done here a few days ago. By far the most thorough inspection of a vehicle I have ever gotten done or seen before (I’ve seen many). Found such small stuff wrong that I probably would not have even noticed during my ownership. Worth the money.
