Disappointing doesn't even come close. This place obviously couldn't 'run a bath'. After visiting and speaking with someone about flowers for an engagement party I was told I would receive a quote. Nothing heard. I contacted them again and spoke to a rude man who seemed angry that I was still interested to see a quote and again nothing heard or received. This time it turns out I actually spoke to the person responsible for the quotes and he insisted he would have it to be by tomorrow... again... nothing heard. So after waiting another week or so I called again and spoke to the same person (who didn't realise he had already spoken to me previously) and he told me it was someone else's fault and that he would send it right away... again... nothing heard. Incredible really. It appears this is not a strong part of their business and my advice to anyone looking for flowers at an event would be to steer clear.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend in a nearby hospital and couldn't be happier with the service provided and the quality of the BEAUTIFUL flowers (I chose the 'Bliss' bouquet in a rustic jam jar). They were delivered earlier than expected and are much bigger and even more beautiful than the picture on the website. My friend was delighted (and even more so that she got to keep the cute jar!) When I placed the order and mentioned they were going to a hospital the lovely lady on the phone suggested substituting the snapdragons as they wouldn't last that long in a warm hospital room - so thoughtful of her and very much appreciated. 5 stars from me - thank you Bayleaves!

Extremely disappointed by the racist and absolutely shocking behaviour by the owner. My sister went in there to get some flowers. She was asked about her background and then when she said she is indian- the racist lady asked my sister if she would like a job as a sweeper in the store and further offered to pay her $10 per hour. This is the reality of people you are dealing with in that shop. My sister has been deeply affected by this incidence and nothing can repair the damage you have caused to her confidence. She is just 19 and has her whole life in-front of her. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The flowers ordered over the phone and delivered yesterday were perfect. I discussed a dollar value and rough colour palette pink. My request to include any fragrant blooms in store was achieved so beautifully... The bunch is full of delightful stocks, early cheer and pretty roses. Even the greenery is sweet scented gum. So nommy smelling. The recipients little apartment is filled with floral fragrance now...I love leaving flower selection to the florist. Love your work. Will recommend and use Bayleaves Florist again. Thanks

Have come to know the owners over time and they are super lovely too. Love supporting small business owners like this. They are evidently passionate about their craft and it shows. Was parked out front of the shop when the owner waved me down and passed 2 beautiful bunches of smiling daffodils through the window. It made my day! It also just reminded me of all the reasons why I always support this business. It is run by a very hard working family who care about their community. Support local business. community. Came across Bayleaves Florist when I was in need of a last minute ensemble. The service was amazing and the flowers were even better. Had a corsage made elsewhere and we were very disappointed. Turned up to Bay Leaves at the 11th hour to see if they could possibly help and they went above and beyond to create a spectacularly beautiful corsage. We were beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend more highly! If you need a corsage Bayleaves are your go to!

My go-to florist for years. It's known as the best by the locals. Lovely arrangements and great service. So helpful. I am not related to the owners by the way- this opinion is based on experience. They are so well regarded that I simply do not believe the one star ratings. Suspect some gameplaying at work there!!

How beautiful! Just purchased a bouquet of Australian natives and they were arranged and presented beautifully. The sights and smells of the gorgeous flowers in store are amazing. (So hard to choose!) Will be back regularly for the quality of flowers and presentation.
