Massive scam of a post office Don’t tell you prices just print off the stickers then tell you a price by then it’s to late You ask for cheapest next day delivery They print out and stick on then charge you £8.15 for special delivery and won’t change it Then laugh at you Massive scam don’t use or make sure you get charged right for what you want before it’s printed out 100% know what they are doing SCAM The manger should reply

Younger girl in the shop was very rude, seemed uninterested in serving me and then when she took my parcel tried to throw it into the collection bag and missed. My parcel fell loudly onto the floor, instead of apologising, she just glanced at me and put it into the bag. I won’t be returning to deliver any parcels here as I’m not confident they’ll leave the building in one piece!

Extremely poor service. Post office staff are completely useless. My parcel was given the wrong tracking status, meaning I cannot track it, and it is now lost. A parcel worth £150. She made me spell out every single letter (despite the clear writing) causing massive queues behind me, and she still managed to mess it up and confused the three parcels.

Only ever 1 person serving , Stood in a cue of 11 people out the door as i write this, its my 3rd attempt here today, so gonna wait it out. You would think in December maybe a extra member of staff, not at this branch anytime of the year - poor setvice, long Cue times. Continuously runs with only 1 member of staff.

The staff here take time to be pleasant to customers and explain how to fill forms ect, they are always friendly and helpful and remain professional even when customers are a little challenging. They are an asset to our community.

Good Post Office, helpful staff who are very knowledgeable about the right type of postage to use and how much it will be. Can also do passport photos and doesn't get too busy though can be a bit understaffed at times.

Staff are always so helpful, especially the younger girl who works there - super quick and a great service. I stopped using the one on North street as they are so slow and often shut randomly!

Poor service, forgot to give me a receipt I needed to track it and then didn't pick up the phone so I had to go back in. Took them a while to work out what had happened and then no apology

Some of the staff on occasions was unfriendly. Different currency exchange than advertised on a window. Couldn't renew the driving license either as the system didn't work

Staff are nice but peak times always have only member of staff on. Would suggest breaks should be anytime other than 12:30-14:00. Was in a queue of 9 today for over 40mins

Massive queues over lunchtime. Peak time with less staff, and rather than trying to get the queues down quicker, still trying to upsell more expensive postage.

Recently started using this post office to bank the cash from my work. They are always vary helpfull and I am in and out in a matter of minutes.

Absolute rubbish service if u want licence renewal don’t go there terrible service don’t wanna help went to sandy park brilliant service

Cool and very industrious for businesses ranging from the posting/collection of packages, to availability of stationeries etc.

Renewed a drivers licence here recently, great quick service - took less than 10 mins, friendly staff, no queue, good work!

Biggest queues I’ve ever seen at a post office , with no help urgency or even politeness considering how relaxed they are.
