AVOID. Useless staff with poor communication. Inaccurate opening times. Got here for 21:15 and due to the staff not being able to understand what I wanted (a postal order) I was asked to come back in the morning despite the post office clearly being open and them having served another customer just before me arriving.
Went into this post office today as I needed to send a parcel back to amazon. The person who served me was really helpful and even printed out the label I needed and stuck it on for me, and told me which shop I had to take the parcel as it wasn't one they dealt with themselves. How kind was that!
Tried to pay a bill by cheque. They looked at it as if it was some new kind of payment method. Staff need proper training
