I am beyond disappointed with their live cricket range. At least 98% of them are already dead so all up you’ll be lucky to receive maybe 5 live ones if your lucky. Another customer even commented about how their live cricket range is always half dead! What an absolute rip off! Throughly disappointed!

I get my cavoodle groomed here and I can say they never disappoint. When going in my cavoodle was very nervous going in the store but after the groom he is strutting out and is really happy. Any requests I made they 100% full filled and I trust their judgment. Worth the money for a happy doggy.

This best friends branch is one of the smaller ones, but it still has a majority of stock in to keep your pets needs met. My only criticism being that the staff could be more personable but I understand retail can be a hostile environment and can be difficult for workers.

Was a clean and tidy store. Didn't have any small pets or that to adopt, only fish but all the tanks looked extremely well kept and very clean, fish all looked healthy. Even though was no other small animals, still had a great range of items to choose for them.

I needed a new harness for my puppy dog and I received great assistance in choosing the right one (including trying it on to make sure it fits well). It was the first time I took my puppy out in a shop and it was a great experience as we both felt welcome.
