4th time at this date and I am a long term customer for a restaurant that has great food, just ultimately lacks in customer service and poor delivery choices. When a business uses a sub-contractor and that sub-contractor fails to the end user (customer), who's fault it is? Continually I have have ordered through Menu Log with this restaurant (because they chose the delivery service for their own company), even tonight, every time I get ordered short delivery items. I got my pizza but no chocolate mousses that I ordered. Driver (sub-contractor) says that's all I got to deliver. As the "end user" / "customer" I ring the store direct. The Manager (Sasche or similar) informs me (after me going off for 15mins) that he agrees he obviously forgot it to give it to the driver. Yet he then on the defensive blamed the MenuLog / Driver and told me I have to go through MenuLog to get a resolution. Basically saying from their point of view, it's clearly not the restauraunts fault, however they hired a sub-contractor delivery company to provide the serice, which isn't performing and it it's all the the sub-contractor company's fault. Handballing a cost issue isnt the customers fault - look after your strong and continuous customer base. Why should this be made to be my fault (being the customer?). Why should I sit there with no food for no reason. Why should I have had to request my full order and feel like the bad guy, when they basically were saying it's my fault and refunds they can't do. I'm sure other customers have had the same issues, I would love to hear their stories.

First off, this place has no meal deals, family deals or specials, . The only deal they have is a $5.90 add on to any pizza which includes a 1.25 drink and garlic bread, and what they claim is a free garlic bread, which makes the 1.25 drink worth $5.90 . It's a pizza shop, not a van on the side of the road. Now let's get to the pizzas, the base was crispy and fresh, the jalapeño chicken pizzas looked awesome when I popped the top on the box. The chicken was a bit dry but not noticeable with all the sauce and other toppings. Jalapeño's had flavour but were low on spice. The lamb pizza, I believe they used the left over kebab meat. It was on ok pizza but was certainly nothing special, and for the price of $15 for a small amd $21 for a large I believe they are a bit over priced. The shop sells a large range of foods including pizza, kebab burgers, parmigiana's and wings. Good selection of Connoisseur icecreams and drinks. Two out side dinning tables, located in a bitbof a dive area, it dark amd quiet. The man was nice enough to bring us the pizzas outside where we were waiting. I consider this to be a 3.5 ☆ pizza shop. They are not a bad pizza, just not the best I've ever had.

Recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new kebab place to enjoy - so far, this one takes the cake! Offers generous halal snack pack sizing for reasonable pricing and quick service. Crispy chips and flavourful meat. Was a bit stuffy inside the store, typical for places that work with fried foods, so my partner and I chose to sit outside, where I was thoroughly impressed by how hygiene and well-looked after the tables/chairs were. None of the stereotypical sticky tables or crumbs scattered over everything! Very clear that the place is respected and cherished by its staff and management. Was served by an older male who added an extra sauce to our order out of good will at no extra charge - absolutely loved it and will be returning in the future!

I watched a female worker, seemingly working alone, scroll her phone for an entire five minutes on a Monday night a few weeks ago. My frustration quickly turned to disgust when she literally picked each nostril of her nose once, with the same deeply inserted digit. The intensity of her facial expression during each deep-picking indicated that she may have experienced a mild orgasm as she scraped the snot from the walls of her olfactory orifice. I was so hungry that I hesitated walking out immediately for a split second, but I had no choice but to head straight for the exit. Of course the Monday night nose-picker didn't even see me walk out. I can only imagine what hidden extras are included in the meals here. I will never eat from this restaurant on a night when this particular individual is working.

This is my second time ordering food from here, and both times I did not have a pleasant experience. The first time the pizza base was hard but we chose to ignore it and give them another try. So we ordered the chicken kebab this time, not to enjoy the first two bite as that is the only part where they put sauce. The whole inside of the kebab was so dry. The staff were also so rude, and the wait time was just insane, even when I was the only one in the shop. If the order is getting late the least they should do is inform the person who is waiting.

Always impressed by the food here. I'm a regular and these guys always look after me. Food quality is awesome and they go out of their way to read the instructions. The food is made with generous portions, fresh ingredients and tasty sauces. Really the best place open in the area. The staff is polite and professional, especially when dealing with bad reviews and complaints. Buyer Beware: There is a possiblity that uber will cancel your order and blame the restaurant. Big bro pizza and kebabs are not the ones cancelling. Untill recently I blamed the restaurant for what uber did. That's was my mistake. And it's a shame it has been up for so long.

I did order one chicken and a super supreme, the chicken was alright but the supreme not really good , On the menu shows sherded meat , But it comes with sherded ham ! It's kabab shop when you write sherded meat means lamb kabab shredded it's better to write down meat kinds of , 2nd the customer service was poor , we didn't eat the pizza and we did say to them the issue but did nothing about it and the pizza goes to the rubbish bin

ordered a falafel wrap with garlic sauce and added cheese. Paid $18.90 and was severely disappointed! initially I thought the wrap looked very slim so I opened it up and had a look inside. One slice of tomato ripped in half, couldn't see the cheese and there was hardly any sauce and other salads. The actual falafel was delicious! just missing some salad and sauce which I definitely expected for the price. Would've been delicious but instead disappointed :(

I got a pizza just now and it was the worst I ever had. I spend more than 30 dollars for it but not at all worth even for 10 dollars. Taste nothing when talking about flavour but something taste like old. I can’t find whether it is chicken or pizza base anyhow I can only taste like something goes off.

The quality of the pizzas are best especially the peri peri chicken, it’s just amazing here but they would charge you more and if you add extras, it would get more expensive as compared to the rest.

An old fashioned, classic pizza and kebab store. An excellent range of dishes at good prices, taking into consideration how large they were. Staff were fast to make our food and very much enjoyed it.

Restaurant was listed as open at 3:18am on UberEats as 'Fried Fish & Chicken (Bundoora)'. I placed an order that was promptly accepted. When the delivery driver reached the restaurant, he found it closed and the phone number unresponsive. Completely unacceptable, do not recommend.

The owner made my kebab of left over lamb from last night while there is fresh one from the grill. Then I had a diarrhoea straight away ! It’s poison! And dodgy business! Go if you wanna a diarrhoea !!!

Ordered a medium HSP with extra meat and cheese for $25 which when delivered looked like a extra small meal, meat was dry and basically no sauce on it! Wasn’t worth the price and anyone who has given a good recommendation of this place is

I've tried hundreds of HSP at different locations as it's one of my favourite take aways, However this was truly the worst tasting HSP I've tried so far, and the sauces tasted very weird... 2 stars for good customer service only.

Was a good place and my go to for HSP until I found hair in my mums food, a veggie patty burger for vegan is not veggie anymore. Eeewww. May be girls preparing food inside needs to get some hair caps.

Bad customer service. Paid $29 for a large HSP, they put the wrong sauce in the HSP. After I called up to get a replacement they told me there was nothing they could do. No apology, no dinner. Shame

Waited 20 minutes in an empty shop, paid $17 for this sad, soggy, skinny kebab. Sorry, I won't be back.
