It's a place you can relax while children play. There is seating in the play area so you can watch them closely. I was there late evening so the place was not crowded. The service was excellent.

The exit to the parking can be difficult in peak hours. It can get crowded. Street parking is not recommended. You can park in the shopping centre and walk down if your up to it. It's not too far.

They have a lovely play area, the parents just need to make sure they control their children and teach them to accommodate smaller children and be respectful.

This is one of the better McD's in the area. Food was fast, hamburgers weren't dried out (like at the one at Forsyth & Sayers), and the oil for the fries was freshly changed, so the fries tasted good. The staff was friendly, and the flat panel menu/ordering machines not only worked correctly, but printed receipts! While other McD's in the area seem to only care about cost cutting, these guys are also trying to maintain quality, and it's showing enough that normal customers like us can notice the difference. UPDATE: the ordering machines don't print receipts anymore. :-( STILL RECOMMENDED

All toilets were blocked beyond a simple fix by the young staff, but they were trying to fix them pending management calling a plumber. We could only order exclusively by screen and the paper receipt mechanism was jammed. Food and tissue on floor bins overflowing.... it was only late morning. There were plenty of staff standing behind counter having a group chat that could have been doing some cleaning of dining area.

I went there on the 31st of August, all of my food was stone cold, I called to tell them as I couldn't go back as I was on lunch for work, I was told I would receive a voucher to cover my order, it was close to $40 for the order, I have just received the voucher for $10, this is a bloody joke. I then called to ask why I received such a small voucher, I was then told by the shift manager (who wouldn't give me thier name.) That that's all I was getting and I was lucky to get that. Just thought I'd post this so people could know that this maccas is run by a bunch of twits, with bad attitudes. Absolutely deplorable

Originally had a terrible experience, when I ordered delivery for some happy meals for the children. Everything was thrown into a bag and not a very "happy experience" for the children; half the order missing and no toys. Boxes were in original unfolded state on the side of the bag. However, dinning in is a completely different experience. Staff are very friendly. Facility and bathrooms are for the most part clean, however the children's playground is in great need of a thorough clean. I enjoy being able to dine in inside the play area. It has become my favourite fast food centre to take my daughter on special days.

9/1/2024 10pm roughly. First up the drive thru was super slow, the person at the receiving window was spaced out and wouldn't listen, forgot to give us drinks after I asked 3 times, the bottom of my food bag had some form of liquid on it, the service counter in that window was filthy and stank of beer. The food was either over or undercooked. And to top it off, the McChicken gave my fiance FOOD POISONING!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

One of the workers MIA was so rude at drive through window. Filled my mcflurry with a quarter of ice cream and when we asked why is it only quarter full she told us that it’s how much a mcflurry is meant to be filled. When we got our order she yelled out next order pressuring us to leave. She was ignoring customer needs and customer service was so poor.

The staff really need to listen at the drive through, this MacDonalds is the closest to our home and everytime we go we always ask for pickles in our big macs, yet the staff never do so, I'm always polite wen I ask but they never add pickles, I plan to film it and do a tik tok and show a difference in other MacDonalds as I've asked other people if they get pickles and they get pickles from the MacDonalds they go to. Poor management

This is my second review about this restaurant. I'm hoping management will please lower the volume of the radio. It is so loud you can not have a conversation. I asked the manager today twice. Usually the espresso coffee is fine. Today it was very weak tasting. The staff seem puzzled by my complaint. It has no crema at all and was tepid. The staff weren't exactly clued up.

Great location for a bite to get on the way to work and/or back home. Solid interior design and space, with great booking services from the times I've always visited the store. Kids having a blast, massive throwback with the kids area. Food never seems to disappoint so highly recommended.

Rudest indian women taking orders tried to tell me the restaurant wasn't open even though my order went through on the app. After I was right she proceeded to make my night suck she didn't even fill up my frozen coke to the top literally was like 3 sips worth and the burger was dryer than the Sahara desert. This McDonald's is the BEST one in my area. I ordered the filet-o-fish yesterday the 6/8/2023 at approximately 6pm. The staff were so friendly and amazing. They didn't judge me for my order of 20 nuggets, filet-o-fish with fanta meal. Thank you macdonalds

Went to try a Milo mcflurry. Wanted to add topping. Told not possible due to dietary standards. So you can have 2 days worth of calories in one burger, but you can't tailor an ice cream to your own taste. Fair suck of the sav maccas.

Been here long ago before renovation and it was awful. But it was amazing now! Service is great and atmosphere is very enjoyable. The indoor playground is a fantastic add on for kids. Would definitely come back again.

Drive through is a little slow most days. They make a lot or mistakes with your orders. Make sure you check everything before you leave.
