My order number was 128 I order by App At McDonald 97-99 Cheltenham Rd , Dandenong Vic 3175 Had a terrible experience tonight. 16/11/2021 22:01 Ordered 2x Chicken and cheese with extra McChiken patties but I got only single patty burger. Also ordered Double McSpicy and what was even worse, they added just a tenderloin size of patty. I asked them to replace it and this continued for 3 consecutive times they gave me same burger. The guys at the grills were also laughing at the patty size and joking about it as they didn’t knew I was watching them and then they put in the burger. They did that on purpose as I had to refuse burgers 3 times. My one Chiken and cheese burger was with single patty and one double McSpicy was with single patty I saw McSpicy there and they changed that but it was my bad I didn’t checked chicken and cheese burger there They are very unprofessional and non-serious attitude Will never choose Maccas from now Other fast food chain are much better then it

This maccas needs to step up it's customer service game. I mostly use the drive through but even when there's no one ahead of me I often wait for 10 or more minutes to get my food. They have this nasty habit of sending every car to the McCafe window even if they're not getting a McCafe item. Then they forget about you. I've beeped to get their attention more than once. And to add insult to injury even after waiting far too long my order is usually cold and wrong. Just today I ordered and paid for a double bacon and egg mcmuffin and got only one bacon. Other times I've been missing sauces to go with my nuggets. One memorable time I was missing my fries. I mean really? Meals come with three things. The item you ordered, the drink and the fries. How do you miss fries? There needs to be a customer service overhaul at this location.

Went in for breakfast with the family, the guy took our order No hi, no customer service no smile just looks at me like a clown that didn’t want to be on a Sunday which was very unprofessional and rude service…. We always go to this store as it’s the only halal certified store in the area and usually we get good service by a Chinese or Asian middle age woman which is very nice and good with people skills…… I think she migh be one of the managers n these young guys that are working are really not doing a good job and not a good image for this store!!!!!

Although management at this McDonalds is mediocre and often disappointing, i will not say the same about ‘Tarik’, a young man, who has truly understood the art of genuine customer service and care. If we had servers like Tarik in all of Maccas we would be eating it every night. Ive honestly seen such wonderful service. I would love to see Tarik in a grey uniform one day as the manager. Absolutely astonished by his service. I’ll definitely be returning for another Apple pie. Thanks Tarik, for lightening the atmosphere.

Only ordered 1 drink and 1 sundae to be delivered it took over 45 minutes to be delivered and when it eventually arrived the seal on the bad had been torn open and no straw for my drink or spoon for my sundae. I new Mecca's staff and customer service had gone down hill but really it's not hard to remember a straw and a spoon come on Mecca's you really need a nation wide staffing overhaul Mecca's has one of the worst customer service I've come across no matter which 1 you go too.

The manager's response to my "Loyalty" Card holding by this loyal customer is very disappointing. Maybe the free coffee of my loyalty card has expired, I am not begging you give me free coffee, right? It is MacDonald's offer, not my special asking for a favour. I bought 5 coffee to get one free. Don't say to me sounds like you are giving me a great gift. The other staff even saying she need cancel the card which I have 11 stamps on it. Anyway, thank you for giving me this last "free" coffee, if you think you are in charity business. By the way, don't say "next time you come, you need to......". Customers might not always come back!

I have gone to this place so many times and they will never change. So many times they bring cold fries and not very good looking burgers. I found hair few times and when I order coffee extra hot it’s just normal and not hot enough. I tell them to make extra hot and they look at me in an angry way and brings same coffee. The team is all minor and have no respect whatsoever please bring good mature people so can teach them and make good customer service

Honestly one of the best mc chicken burgers I've ever had. So good. But my large caramel sundae had no caramel on the bottom. What's the issue with caramel?? Why so little in my sundaes?? Not the first time. Maybe warm the caramel topping like you do with chocolate topping.. Restaurant had rubbish on majority of tables and all the bins were overfull.

We had Breakfast in this recently renovated McDonald's. Everything was clean and spotless in this modern refurbishment. Plenty of Newspapers to browse whilst eating. Staff were great with smiling service, bringing our food to the table. We delayed our coffees and had them bought to our table after our breakfast. Served in proper cups and Mugs rather than the paper cups I only ever get for Takeaway. Love my Coffee fresh & hot! Only downside was the hash browns weren't the freshest - bit limp and Lukewarm.

Gross Completely disgusted at the lack of cleanliness. Toilets were revolting and with 3 children needing to use the bathroom facilities, it was left to me to clean enough for use. If I hadn’t made the epic mistake of using the App to order as we drive through this area, I would never have subjected my family to the food or facilities of this store.

Not good service in the drive thru on 16th December 23 morning of. Have no idea on customer service. Young girl needs better training and stuffed up the order, just what you need as you drive away on eastlink. I repeated bacon and egg McMuffin meal twice down the mic and what do I get, a sausage and egg. No care and attention, get the impression some of the staff don't give a rats clacker about customers. Not coming back to that store ever again!!!

I don’t like writing bad reviews but if I could give zero stars I would unfortunately. Drop past here to get coffee some mornings to save me time but the drive through is so bad and a lot of the time ask me is this the coffee I ordered. There is some disconnect somewhere.

Worst possible McDonald’s in Victoria. Food is always stale, customers seem to be standing around as no one is ever near the counter, you can hear the staff’s conversations way down the back when they should be focusing on servicing customers. Elise is very very rude. She needs to do a course in customer service as she has none.

Tables needed to be wiped, again staff never give napkins, this is every store mind you. However surprisingly they had table numbers available. Most stores don't. So l got a hash brown instead of chips for less calories reason, but it was dry & crunchy.

The cleanliness of the place has gone down a few notches in the last couple of months, I don't know if there is a management change or what, food spilled all over the place, receipts tissues and other papers on the ground all over, bins over flowing is a regular sight now, it didn't use to be like that.

Ordered just one frozen drink at drive through and I was asked to park and wait in the parking bay for them to bring it out. It would have literally taken less time to prepare the drink and hand it to me than to tell me to wait 5 minutes in the parking bay for one bloody drink.

Hottest servers in Melbourne, also all staff are down to earth. The perfect Mecca's for cruise night as you could spend hours here refuelling for more skids.(the body that is.) Saturday nights here are epic and no cops
