Birchbox were great to deal with. We walked in off the street a couple of weeks out from our wedding date to arrange flowers (left it pretty late, I know!) but they were so easy to deal with. Loved the style of flowers and they were really willing to work with what we wanted, didn't need to make any special appointment to talk about details, everything was arranged right there and then, and the price was so reasonable too. Everyone at our wedding loved the flowers and we thought they were perfect, too. Thank you so much, Birchbox! Love your work.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter-in-law back at the start of August. In lockdown, I couldn't get there to choose anything, so I left it to the people there. Well- daughter-in-law sent me a photo- they were absolutely magnificent! Funnily enough her mum had sent flowers too - but the ones I had arranged totally eclipsed hers! I was so pleased with the wonderful service. The lady I put the order in with was delightful and very helpful. I was very impressed!

riddle me this riddle me that, when it comes to first class, this business is no exception. even had delivery after hours from the owner ( matt ) talk about legend!!!!!! and to that bad review three years ago, i just read - shame on you!. love this business, love there flowers, love the people - love u all :) legends.

Stunning!! We asked for the pastel seasonal mix to present as a gift, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I'm also super grateful that Birchbox Flowers were so helpful and responsive regarding delivery and the enquiries and requests I needed to make, wonderful service all round. Highly recommend!

I love buying the 12 dls sth small bouquets sitting near the shop entrance .They are always different and incredible aesthetic, you can tell how much care goes into putting them together. I buy them quite regularly as looking at them makes me happy .

The owner of Birchbox is a really talented florist. Today she put together a beautiful arrangement that looked unique and chic. I love all the unusual flowers that they have in stock. Nice people and they do a great job.

Almost non existent selection of flowers and overpriced by almost three times their competitors across the road. No visible price tags on anything and the selection ia drab at best.

Friendly and helpful staff member (Naomi). Plenty of good options. Convenient opening hours. Only drawback is prices, but I think that's just what flowers cost these days.
