George and his team were amazing , he was amazing through out the whole experience for my family . He went out of his way to find my family a church close to our home for my mum’s funeral and George was able to get a videographer to go live stream for my family in Fiji who could not make it . He kept in touch with me when he picked mum up from the hospital until she arrived to his parlour and kept me in the loop. Even to the day of her funeral we had a last minute plan to bring mum past our home one more time and George without hesitation answered my call and said no need to worry we will bring mum home one more time which meant the world to my family. I would definitely recommend Blacktown city funeral to anyone and everyone the service my family received was above and beyond . These people if you could call them that recently looked after a family member of ours. We had to go and dress them ourself, when we saw them there was ants crawling from their mouth, when we spoke to the owner he didn’t care and walked out of the room (a converted garage open to the outside with flys flying in) everything was dirty in there, the tap barely worked to wash our hands after. Make up brushes still dirty from the last person that used them. There was even an electrician walking in and out while we were there!! Absolutely filthy place. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR LOVED ONE!!! It’s an absolute shame that we had to have the last image of seeing our dear family member to be like that.

After our first phone call with Blacktown City Funerals, we weren't entirely confident with progressing with them, but they were the only ones who could provide us with a service quickly as per our Hindu custom. However, George and Matt delivered a very professional service. They had organised everything from the priest to the crematorium booking for our Hindu funeral. They were very culturally sensitive going so far as to ensure that the dressing was accurate to our South Indian custom. The service ran smoothly and peacefully. And their customer service afterwards continued to ensure that all our paperwork and ashes were completed and preserved correctly.

Blacktown City Funerals is the worst. George is the big lier !! He promised us to allow me and my close family members so we can do my dad's cremation as per Hindu ritual. He didn't book that service and you know no one was allowed in side, Even not me. George told us that cremation will happen immediately after we reach there. But the arrangement was totally different. They took the dead body and did cremation after 48 hours which is a sane !! I will never ever recommended anyone to use Blacktown City Funerals, 6 Artillery Cres, Seven Hills NSW 2147 Please friends... stay away no mater what promise they give you !!!

This is a worst ever funeral service I have seen and experienced on my close family friends father died. They promissed many things and not even booked the entry for my friend in such a sad moment to go inside and do the cremation as per Hindu religious. He changed for that booking. Later we realised he is famous lier and famous gor making money and not providing enough service. Never use their service if you dont want to get disappointed for lifetime.

Blacktown City Funeral Team are Awesome. Professional, caring, very understanding and very knowledgeable regarding religious requirements which needs to be performed at a funeral if somebody does not know. They will look after you from start to end and make sure your loved one gets the best send off they deserve. Best services provided...wonderful memories created by the company when we used them. Everything delivered as per promised & the whole family became involved...lovely. They even went an extra mile to cater for whatever we had asked for...received calls any time of the night & made sure everyone was looked after. I would highly recommend them to everyone that wishes to engage them.

Mr Singh was very professional and his friendly service made things easier..He even helped in finding the priest, livestreaming which made things more smoother in difficult times..Highly recommend BLACKTOWN FUNERAL SERVICES...

The service provided was excellent for funeral services of my mother. We managed to secure a large location in COVID times and they arranged for live streaming and priest as well. They took care of everything and lifted burden during a difficult time.
