Amazing! From the moment you walk in the staff are attentive and very friendly. I instantly felt relaxed from the calming music that creates a nice ambience. The shop is very clean and modern. I had the Blanc Alp Pure facial which made my face feel the cleanist it has felt in a very long time. The products used were so gentle on my skin I'm not usually one to buy products after a treatment but I found the Luzern products really nice so ended up getting the face wash, eye cream and sunscrsn. It is now 7 days after the treatment and I can actually see the difference in my skin it is clearer from blemishes. The lady who performed my treatment was exceptional, her knowledge of skin and ability to identity and educate me on what I needed to do to improve my skin and prevent it from further damage was outstanding. She was able to point out sun damage spots and also were I had used a incorrect cream on my eyes and the damage that was having. I would highly recommmend if you want to look after your skin have a facial at Blanc and you will learn how to look after yourself better.

My therapist was great! The deep-tissue massage gave my body a well-deserved reward after a long and tiring work week! Complemented by professional and highly skilled staffs, Blanc Spa offers a selection of treatments which will suit your every need. I was fortunate enough to have a quick sneak peak of place (thanks to the pleasant and charming owner, Gabrielle). They have luxurious treatment rooms with modern amenities, not to mention a couple’s room with a soaking tub which couples will definitely adore and surrender to Blanc’s signature treatments. So if you feel a need to spoil yourself (or even your love ones) and wants to have that extra TLC, you will definitely get it from the Blanc Spa!

Blanc blew every single expectation out of the water!! Having never attended a day spa before for any such treatment, I was absolutely blown away by the service and communication from the entire team. Gabriella was phenomenal at organising space to fit me in to a very tight schedule due to some of life’s unforeseen circumstances. The girls in the spa were accommodating and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I was able to ask questions about my treatment and was given fantastic service and informative regarding my skin. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and re-informed about the types of treatment I would require in the future. I would absolutely highly recommend this place for anybody considering treatments, relaxation or looking to spoil someone you love with a voucher.

I have been going to Blanc spa for over 6 months now for their Signature Facials and time and time again I am blown away by their attentive staff and exceptional customer service. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and my skin seriously thanks me for it (it also doesn’t hurt that it’s the most luxe spa I’ve been to in Melbourne!). I tried the LED Therapy for the first time on Saturday and after only 1 session I can already see results. My blemish-prone skin has visibly calmed down, with redness reduced and it feels hydrated and plump. I’ll be going back for a 2nd session on Thursday and can’t wait to see more changes!

I really enjoyed my experience here, despite being on the corner of a busy street it was quite tranquil and quiet. The space is lovely the people were polite and provided a great service including tea and water in the relaxation lounge afterwards really makes you feel like you're relaxing. I went in for a pregnancy massage, which was lovely and relaxing and would suit most people just wasn't quite for me as i feel I didn't get much out of it for the price i paid. They apparently have many more service options and I would definitely consider going back in future perhaps for something different

The customer service at Blanc Spa is absolutely brilliant - they’re great at making you feel at home (or even better than that!). Kumi is so lovely and incredible at what she does. I had a Swedish massage and was slightly worried that it might be painful in the tense areas - but Kumi was amazing at applying the perfect pressure and even gave me tips for how to help the tense areas at home. She also made lovely conversation which is always a win! Highly recommend!!

Just perfect !!! I recommend 100% ! Daisy was perfect when I made my appointment, she was able to guide me and answer my questions. On the day of my treatment I was made to feel very welcome. The team is very smiley. I received the Apex 90 mins facial, a very complete facial. The practitioner was very professional and gave me good advice! In 3 words: relaxing, brightening and results. I'll be back without hesitation and I'll recommend it to my friends and family.

Thank you Blanc! Went for the LED upgrade with my facial here yesterday and was so happy with the results. Even after the first session, there is a significant reduction in inflammation, and my skin feels noticeably smoother and firmer (without expecting or looking for it, I noticed today that the fine lines around my eyes are significantly reduced). The staff are also lovely and highly professional. All round excellent experience!

Was given a voucher for my birthday. Lived my facial so much I've booked in for another in 6 weeks - so relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing. Also ordered some product and when I came to pickup Kristy was unable to locate it - she gave me a sample to go on with and then rang me back the next day with it put somewhere special. After visiting Blanc Spa monthly for facials, my therapist suggested I started a skin peel series to tackle my pigmentation. I have had 3 so far and have 3 more to go. I wasn’t sure how much it would work but I am so impressed! my pigmentation has already faded a-lot, I can’t wait to see what happens after three more. Was gifted the pregnancy massage and it was so wonderful! What a gorgeous setting and experience but most importantly it was a actual massage where my pain points were taken in to consideration and i was made to feel comfortable during the experience.
