I’ve been buying flowers for every occasion, from this shop, when the owner was: Debbie & her two daughters at fountain gate shopping centre for at least twenty years!Then they moved to park hill in Berwick. I followed her &it has always been a lovely arrangement & pleasant experience. Unfortunately, Debbie has sold this shop to a lady called: Dorella! It was my daughter’s 40th birthday on the 27th , so I gave them seven days heads up, for the order& paid in advance for a $100 box of flowers! I asked to pick it up @11.30 am on the 27th. When I turned up, she handed me over a box from the fridge, I must admit I was surprised, that it was pre made the night before from old flowers falling apart!got home& put it on the chair in the garage& noticed that the box was falling apart on the corners & the lilies were drooping& broken!So I had to sticky tape it together all around. Sunday morning, I went to the shop & told Nicole & showed her the picture of the flowers breaking as well! She said: she’ll send it to Dorella& she’ll ring me on Monday! She didn’t ! So I went to see her in the shop, she was rude& abnoxious&accused me of dropping it & it’s not her problem! She kept talking over me&wouldn’t look at the time on top of the photo, which was clearly a short distance from the shop to my home! She said: she always makes up the flowers the night before, she doesn’t have time in the morning! So buyers beware! When you pre order, You pay your money& get two day old flowers! It was so falling apart& getting brown by the end of the night, my daughter left it at the venue, it wasn’t worth carrying home! Terrible experience with that lady, who bullied me all the way through! She said that I should’ve taken a photo when I’ve picked it up! I’ve never had to do that in my life! When you give them enough notice, you expect FRESH FLOWERS, on the day, full The quality of that shop has gone down hill terribly! I wanted to support local business, it looked like it was a big mistake! Three weeks ago, I ordered flowers online to go to a friend in hospital, all what they needed is one day notice& they delivered for free& the arrangement was amazing, my friend sent me the picture! Oh, I have rang around other florists & asked if it was the normal to make up your order, the night before & keep it in the fridge? The answer was NO! Because of the dampness in the fridge, the card board box & flowers would fall apart! That’s what happened in my case! When you order fresh, you expect fresh!

Disgusted with service from this store. Ordered a sheath of flowers for my Mothers Funeral, ordered them four days ahead of time, specifically asked for red and pink roses as well as a variety of coloured flowers.made it clear that because it was for a cremation I wanted Lillies to be open not closed as they were only going to be good for the Service. What I got was yellow roses not a red or pink one in sight, one Lillie that was open, the others closed. When I complained about the colour of the roses I was told no other roses were available, yet every arrangement that had been made up in the store had at least a couple of red roses in them. With four days notice they couldn’t inform me that there would be no red or pink roses available!??What a load of hogwash, and charged me $150 for the privilege of giving me something I didn’t want . I felt like throwing it back in there face, but took it because I wanted my Mothers casket to have flowers and had no time to arrange anything else with just an hour to spare to get from Florists to Funeral parlour. I’ll never use these scammers again.

WOW!!! I’m so surprised to see any negative reviews for this place! I go out of my way to purchase flowers from here for a few reasons. Quality - Price - Service This is where you want to get those arrangements that give a great impression to the one you love most. Admittedly I’m fussy and never hand my Girlfriend anything less then perfect flowers ( I don’t buy supermarket flowers lol ). So I shop here, always a good experience, can find what I’m looking for straight off the shelf. Multiple quality arrangements at a fair price. I’ve tried all the other shops in the area and extended area and find myself walking out empty handed, the quality isn’t near this place. I think these people are passionate about what they do and it clearly shows. Well done. It’s worth your while to travel. I guess you are always going to get the odd customer that can’t be satisfied no matter how great you do for them.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers from this florist. During the purchase I asked the clerk what flowers are in season during summer as I am getting married and would like to know what’s available around that time. She just avoided my questions. It’s fine if she wasn’t sure but she just continuously ignored me?? I took the bouquet home and as I opened them up to put them in a vase they were all dead and rotten with bugs inside. I took them back and asked for a refund as these flowers weren’t cheap. The clerk said I’d have to wait for the boss if I wanted to a refund. Eventually she convinced me to take a different bunch. I didn’t get flowers I wanted but at least these ones weren’t dead. I won’t be back

Ordered flowers on Thursday 7th April for my mothers 86th birthday on Saturday 9th April. $20 delivery fee charged. Rang them Monday to ask if they had been delivered - no because they were really busy ! 2 days notice , $20 delivery to drive 8 minutes away Missed my mothers birthday completely. They delivered them Monday after I called them and did give her a box of chocolates as an apology. So very disappointed that I didn’t even get a phone call to advise that the delivery wasn’t going ahead on the Saturday. I could have made other arrangements. Won’t be using them again

Very disappointing using your service for the fist time Ordered sympathy flowers online on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday Cr card charged but no show of delivery Tried to ph florist between Sat and Mon morning no answer ! Contacted Petals who runs online service who in turn contacted Blooms of F.G. They had no answer as to why no delivery took place !!!! Order delivered on Monday .... very disappointing as these were sympathy flowers to make family feel better during their loss !!! Defeats the purpose .... Never again !!!! Stick to well known florists online !!!!!

I walked in to buy 2x corsages on the spot for a wedding (following morning) and roses to de-petal. The ladies in their were super lovely! We are so appreciative of their help! The corsages were absolutely stunning and very reasonably priced. Was even showed an easy way to de-petal the roses and was instructed on how to ensure they were fresh for the following day. Super wonderful staff and exceptional quality. Couldn’t recommend this florist enough!

Dorella is very lovely she knows what she is doing delivered a nice rose in a glass dome gift package for me quickly cheaply to my fiancé great product ended up buying 2 one for my mum. also a few weeks later she delivered me about 30 fresh roses with my name on it and my fiancés in a nice gift package. Thank you so much will defiantly use blooms on parkhill Berwick florist again they wont disappoint :)

The whole crew here are THE best. The natives freshly picked in Gembrook as an added bonus :-) At least once every week they help me pick out a bunch for flowers to brighten up our cafe, always happy for a chat and so helpful with any questions I have, they have my business for any occasion that comes up, birthday's, condolences, thank you'd etc. Love Blooms on Parkhill

I highly recommend this florist. The flowers are really fresh, as they get numerous deliveries during the week. The prices are very reasonable but most importantly, the service and advice you get from the florists is excellent. This florist shop is next door to Coles, but the flowers you get at Blooms on Parkhill are far superior and fresher. There’s no comparison.

Fantastic service and the flowers are always fresh and last for ages. I would not shop anywhere else as the quality of flowers are better than any other florist I have been to in the area. I recently had some delivered to a friend and they were extremely happy with them. Thank you Blooms florist for such great service. Love your flower arrangements also.

Beautiful fresh flowers by the bunch or in arrangements and an assortment of potted plants all beautifully displayed. Prices are reasonable and the folk in the store are cheerful, friendly and only too happy to assist with your needs. I will visit again.

Staff are rude and not helpful. Ok if you want to pick up a bunch of flowers but not more than that. Do yourself a favour, keep driving into Berwick to much better and friendly service on offer.
