The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought the 5 items online on 30/12/22,items arrived at my home 5/1/23, the dresses were too big, then i decided to come to Blue illusion store at Southland to exchange and was treated badly. The staff was extremely rude, ignorant and tried not to follow the refund/ exchange policy , so disappointed and never come back this Southland store ever again after this traumatic experience.
