"What a dump"
The hours of operation for the laundromat are awesome and very convenient. However, as for the dry cleaning end of this business I would definitely NOT recommend. I brought in three winter jackets and a fur and leather hat last Christmas. Was called to pick it up later that week. One of the jackets still looked rather filthy (stained) but was old so couldnt complain, but the fur hat- was still crusted with Slurpee all thoughout the fur trim and the leather was sticky and could visibly see the Slurpee dried on it so I brought it back and she said the would send it away again. Never recieved a call so went back a couple months later she gave it to me, I looked at it once I got to my car and it was in the EXACT SAME CONDITION. Again she said she would send it away. Couple months later after again recieving NO CALL I went back and it happened all over again. I gave this hat back four times and on the fifth time checked it right in front of her- then told began to request a refund to which she cut me off mid sentence stating NO REFUNDS. I told her I had only recieved one phone call for pick up and that was almost a year ago when I brought it in with the jackets. She told me that she sent it away five times and that they couldn't get it clean cleaner than what it was and I told her that half the fur on that hat was clean because I had rinsed it with water prior to bringing it initially and really that's all it would take to get it to come clean, because it was afterall- just animal fur...she wouldn't even listen, just kept saying no refunds over and over.
I have been using this drop off service to wash our comforters since we moved to the neighborhood about a year ago. The owner is always rude when picking up and dropping off. Each time I drop off she increases the price by a couple dollars. Probably why they don’t have a price list posted on the wall anywhere. When she tried to charge me $32 per comforter this time I told told her last time she only charged me $28. Her response was if I wanted it cheaper to do it my self. Thanks for the advise I found another place within reasonable distance to do them for $22 where there lady was delightful to deal with. Additionally if paying by cash at this location you’ll notice she doesn’t punch it into the till, simply pockets the cash.
Well, I had a issue with the machine trying to eat my loonies but after pressing the button a lot and rolling the coins into the slot I managed to make it work. They don't have a ATM machine so make sure you bring coinage. If by chance you need cash go to the near by 7/11 in same store complex they have a ATM. So, advice is check your machine functions before you put your laundry fluid in and also have cash on hand before going. They do have a change making machine but takes bills only to make coins. Have loonies, twoonies and quarters and also prices vary on what your doing. Bathroom there(ask for key) and wifi but you have to log into a provider and give your information in order to use.
AWFUL!!! Decided on a drop off service of a white California king comforter. At home I noticed the comforter was folded exactly the same way, the stains were still visible and the comforter still smelled like our home. After reading the reviews I decided not to ask for a refund. Instead, I went in and requested the comforter be put in a washing machine while I waited. The owner couple argued with me and amongst each other but in the end my comforter was washed for 12 minutes and dried for 50 min. I took it home half dry. That's the service I received for $28. I hope lying to customers will cost them more each day.
What a dump. It looks like the floor is cleaned once every ice age. This should have warned me off. Many of the machines are broken. I picked a washer, and then dryers that did not have "Out of Order" on them. Washed a large load of clothes. $8. That seemed to work ok. Dryer #1 that I tried, accepted $5 and would not run. No matter what temp cycle or start button I pushed (even tried upper/lower). Dryer #2, $4. Same result. I left the remaining $3 from my $20 (that I had to walk to the 7-Eleven for, no ATM available, $3 service charge). I figured you earned it, Blue Quill. I will never be back.
Sorry to say I’m very disappointed. The lady working there was rude. They do not have interac pos available I had to go to the seven eleven to use the bank machine. The change machine takes 5% of my money. Several machines don’t work. The change machine provides a mixture of loonies and quarters. But the dryers only take quarters so I have to use the 5% change machine again. They will not allow you to fold your clothes. This place sucks. Avoid it at all costs.
Looked cramped and looked and smelled dirty when I went in. Smelled like mildew and faint tobacco smoke. I'm sorry to see it doesn't look like it's had an update in the nearly twenty years since I last went here. There are other laundrymats that are much cleaner, with far less patronizing staff, so I didn't give this business my money. This is not a place to get laundry clean. I still feel itchy just thinking about this place. Mildew isn't good.
It was open on new years day! Great hours.Don't use a tide pod on the machines d3 d4 or d5, if you're only filling the machine up halfway with laundry, otherwise the machine won't open, and you'll have to call the owner to come in.She did come in and fix the machine on new years day, and she was courteous and helpful. But I will be more careful next time.It was too much soap.
Opens late until 01:00AM (automatic closing timer). So, it's quite compact but a lot of neat washers machines (double loads 20lb~ to maximum 80lbs) and dryers (double loads 15lb~ to maximum 50lbs). The location has coin machines, washroom (only available during attendant's shift), soaps to degreasers, heavy dirt washer, and shoe/boot dryer.
Great laundromat! There is no one really working there so they just monitor it with cameras. I had zero problems with the machines and zero problems with the prices or anything there, it was very convenient and pleasent and lots of lunch/dinner options in the area while you're waiting for your laundry to finish. Highly recommend
Cute little Asian couple owns the place. I had to do a batch of laundry being my washer and dryer were out of commision. Decide to try them out. Only cost $5.50 to wash and dry an average size batch of clothing. I'd definitely reccomend them. They are very nice and were able to provide me change for $20 dollar bill.
They charge 5% to get change which is outrageous. And their dryers are $2 each, meaning if your load is not quite dry after the first $2 and you just want to dry it a few more minutes, you have to pay an other full $2. The place was also filthy and smells moldy. And the Chinese lady there is very rude.
There are washers & dryers in a variety of sizes for different loads. There are even ones especially for soiled and greasy rig coveralls. Prices varied accordingly. You can even get keys cut here. The people running the laundromat were very nice & helpful. Clean place too.
Lots of machines small $4 to extra large $16. Make sure to bring coins. Coin machine available, but a there is a service fee. Good hours. No washroom. Don't always feel safe in the area alone. But its the owners that make me feel unwelcome. Not friendly at all.
I have never stepped foot in a Laundromat before today but our washer/dryer broke. The owners were so friendly and helpful with getting me set up. They have change onsite (but have no ATM). The space is clean and lots of variety of machines.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Clean with good industrial quality machines. The most kindest honest people in the world. She also tailors all my pants with the most professional quality you can find at a very fair price. I give them 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Every size washer and dryer up to 50 pounds. The friendly young lady there (probably the owner) was very helpful and knew every wash cycle time down to the exact minute. I will definitely go back anytime I have a large quilt to wash.
The owner was polite and friendly , the laundromat was clean but i didn't like the fact that i had to spend $3 minimum on a small load of cloths to dry when it only takes me $1.50 elsewhere where i can just put .25 cents at a time
The lady working there was very polite and helpful. Used there degreaser on my rig clothes. Will use again did a great job. Had troubles with quarters on the dryer. Lady there fixed the problem asap. Will go back for sure
Would’ve gave 5stars but had to go into the nearby store to pull out cash. But overall nice little laundromat! Everywhere else in the area closes too early, this one is open til 1am.
Worst laundromat I've been to. Stay Away! Very overpriced. Filthy! It cost us 25$ to wash & dry 3 regular loads. There's no sink to wash your hands and the filters are disgusting.
The staffs are helpful. The shop provides variety of services such as key cuts, masks etc. The washers are OK. The dryer is big enough to dry 30lbs of clothes all at once.
It's a small location and can get very congested there, it cost $16 for 80lbs machine and around $8 to dry it in 50lbs machine which I found pretty steep.
Susan was extremely helpful, I was in and out in 80 minutes having done 3 loads. Great varity of different sized washers and dryers!
They need a night cleaner or evening service so people doing laundry late can still use the toilet
Very good service. Very helpful owner's . And they have a key cutting service …
First and Last time going to that laundromat. Very expensive to wash and dry.
Excellent coverall service. Clean facilities and helpful worker.
Fast friendly service and reasonable prices.
