When I first walked in I liked that it wasn't very busy, it was about 3:30 pm. I talked to the owner & he gladly helped me with the coins I needed & I bought a few tide pods for $1 each since I had forgotten my own laundry soap. I used the triple loader & it washes ALOT for $12 I was even able to put my jacket in the wash & the washer still wasn't full. Definatly would be good for large blankets & comforters, maybe even multiple at a time. I enjoyed the quite atmosphere as I sat & waited for my laundry to wash. He was also helpful with all the other customers, seems to be a few regulars that come often, they speak very fondly of him. The dryers are nice and big & hot. I liked the fact they were free. Someone posted on here that there are no kids allowed, but when I went there was a boy with his mother & the owner never said anything. I also never seen any signs saying no children allowed. Just to clear that up. Although, maybe phone just to be sure. Great first time experience, will definatly be back!!!

This laundry mat has been around since I was a child. I remember coming here since I was 10 years old. The owner Bong (yes that's his name) seems a bit grumpy and abrupt *but u have to consider the things he's seen after all the years on Edmonton's Avenue of Champions* but he is the quite the opposite. If u are using his machines and not wasting his time then he will go above and beyond to help make sure u are able to get what u need done. The machines are awesome and FREE DRY makes it a little more enjoyable to get all ur laundry done at once. I imagine this place in my future for years to come. Thanks for your Services Bong. I have been coming here since I was a little girl and I like how you pay for washing but not drying I like how he deals with the problems because of the area but he handles him self with respect. Only thing I would change is low income families who are really in need and have proof of their income I would allow for only so many families to get the help with clean clothes as I have been washing my clothes out for over 8 months now by hand and it really sucks and I was looking at the new place for this kind of help and really appreciate the thought of it but want is only one load going to do for a family of 5 with infant under 2....

I don’t know how this laundromat has received some low ratings. The owner is really good to the regular customers. He’s always friendly and cheerful. As for the comment about kids, we’ve never had an issue bringing our 2 year old son to the laundromat. The owner is interactive with our son. He’ll wave and say hi. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for a friendly place.

I washed my clothes at home and noticed my dryer was down and wasn’t working, so i came here and explained to him that my clothes were washed and cleaned at home and only wanted to use the dryer. He refused and said no washing no drying so that was the most illogical statement i’ve ever heard in my life. I went to another laundry and got the service he denied to provide

I've been doing laundry here for the past 15 + years and have always been happy. Free dryer with paid wash means you dont have to worry if you have enough change to make sure your clothes leave fully dried. Also washing big blankets means you can sit there til they are dry. No time limit. The owner is very nice and keeps place clean. I recommend this place.

I work 3 jobs and don't have time to do my own laundry so I bring it here. The owner is very polite and kind and he greets me happily. The price he charges me is a bargain for all the work he does. He also has some mad folding skills and my laundry always smells fresh and nice when I bring it home. Thank you so much and see you next Sunday! :D -Crystal

Owner is a lil grumpy lol but clean washing machines and free dry. (Unless you piss him off then he charges $1 ) but Ill come back, less sketchy than you would think considering the neighborhood. Washing machine prices vary from $5,$6,$8,$12. Clothes come out clean! Also offers a drop off service and he will wash., dry and fold per lb I believe.

Clean, well run. The owner ensures the safety of his patrons. *UPDATE* K&C Coin Laundromat has recently reopened and as good as ever! Not sure that former patrons are aware of this, but getting your laundry done is alot quicker with less people. Still an excellent clean place to do laundry. Drop off service is still available as well!

This is a great place to get your laundry done I've been getting my laundry done here for over 30 years and management has always been friendly and the outcome of your clothing is always been fantastic never ever have I had a complaint in 30 years excellent place I highly recommend.

The owner is a very nice Korean man. Who is very fatherly towards me. Cuz I used to do my father's laundry there when he was alive and he saw how m.uch I lived andrespected my father & ever since then hes been very kind & respectful to me. Like he let's me get away with

Worst place ever. I was cleanest person there better yet in the area. My dryer is broken at the most so i took my washed items here to dry them obviously.. the owner came up to me and said I had to leave.. cause I didnt wash them there ... what the heck! Worst ever

This is only the 3 laundromat I've used in Edmonton bit it is definitely the best. The owner is friendly and very helpful, gave me a container for our coins and a rag to wipe the soap container. The only laundromat I'm using from now on in Edmonton …

The place here at the K&W coin laundry very clean Mr bong knows how to look after his customers keeps the place tidy knows how to fix things very nice guy I recommend people to come there and do and do their laundry especially when the dryers are free

it closes early at 630 pm. but good laundry...you pay for washers and dryers are Free. no internet few chairs but also offers a drop off service. no frills cheap but modern front loading washers and big dryers come early opens at 20 am for covid

The staff member here is awesome! (He was a kind Asian man) got me all set up with change and pointed me to the largest washer $12.00 charge) I was able to wash 7 blankets in it and drying them was free! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place. Affordable and the man here is so lovely and polite, always a great pleasure to chat with him. Washer and dryers are in great shape especially for how old some of them are ! Definitely recommend:))

Great locally owned laundromat service, he does drop off cleaning for a great price. I've been coming here for close to 2 decades now, even though I have a washer and drier readily available at my place!

Using the washers alright, however, due to dryers being free it's super difficult to get a spot to use. So, I personally moved to a different laundromat nearby to get my laundry done.

Great little place. Good prices, maybe a little cheaper than they need to be. Machines are old but work very well. Very kind gentleman runs the place. I highly recommend this place.

Really good prices for doing your laundry. The man that runs the place knows his stuff, and refuses to let you use the wrong size machines. He is amazing. Great place to do laundry

Was told he was able to exchange change for $. But then when I drove 30 mins he said he had to close down and left before I got there. Very unfortunate

Very friendly owner/operator. Let me wash coveralls (not oily) and I could use industrial cleaner to make sure they were clean.
