I had an absolutely filthy duvet, that every time I would take it out of the duvet cover I would cringe. I even found that I was slightly embarrassed dropping it off with Whyte Avenue Laundry - but the gentleman was extremely professional and kind about it. He was good to call me when it was done, and greeted me with the same familiarity when I arrived. The price was extremely fair and took me by surprise because I had estimated paying more. Upon inspection at home, my duvet looked and felt brand new. I cannot thank Whyte Avenue Laundry enough for doing such an excellent job. I was having such a frantic week, that by being treated with such care has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. My partner and I moved back to the area last spring and happened upon Whyte Avenue Coin Laundry. We're so happy that we did! While we have a washer and dryer in our building it's very unreliable and so we go to Coin Laundry about once a week to drop off our items for their wash and fold service. I can appreciate this is a bit of a luxury service but it has been a game changer for us. Our clothes smell divine, they're washed and folded with such care, and the turn-around time is very fast. Also, the family who owns the business is so kind! We're always greeted with big smiles and a warm "hello!" and it makes us feel so welcomed. Please give this business a try, even if you're dropping by to do your own washing and not using the wash and fold service.

Great owners here and I get my laundry done in less than an hour. Also very clean, lots of nice plants. I really like to come and do my laundry here and chat a bit with the great lady the guy who own this place. Also I see people just drop their laundry off here and it gets done pronto and efficiently. Once I can afford it that's what I want to do. I'm very impressed and I'd let them do my laundry any day. They fold it nice and all . Thank you very much for giving us such a great laundromat! It was the first time I was doing laundry out of home, so I was a little bit hesistant when I walked in to the store first. The gentleman came forward and answered all my questions. He was very nice, helpful, and friendly. The store has free parking on the back. The machines looked well-maintained. Also, there is a nice cafe-like area with plenty of plants that you can sit while waiting for the laundry to be done. Overally, I had a great experience and I definitley recommed this place.

Kind owners, they obviously do their best keeping the laundromat clean and orderly in a challenging neighbourhood. Washroom is clean and for customers only, prices are as to be expected. Plenty of seating area and free wifi, usually a few newspapers laying about. My Whyte avenue apartment doesn't have laundry, so visiting Whyte Avenue Coin & Laundry has become apart of the charm. Will continue to do laundry here until I move.

I stopped by to clean a large rug. The staff was so helpful. They helped me pick the right size machine and let me drop it off while they took care of it. I came to pick it up a couple hours later and the staff member helped me fold the rather large and wet rug. I really appreciated his help! Very impressed and highly recommend, especially if you need to clean larger items that don't fit in your home machines.

I went there to wash a comforter that did not fit my washer at home. Their prices varied from $4--$9. The staff was friendly and several types of laundry detergent available (about $1). They also have lots of coins if you need to change your cash or cash back w/ your debit card (they dont take credit or tap). They have some snacks and free wi-fi! I will be coming back :)

The price for drop off service seemed quite reasonable. It was only a few dollars more than what it costs me to do laundry in my buildings machine and it was so nice to be able to drop it off and go do other things as opposed to feeling trapped at home all day switching over loads. The owners are really nice people as well. I will definitely come back soon.

I've been going there only for a few months now, but they're great. I sometimes get lazy and let my laundry pile up, so I bring it in for drop off service. They're always super friendly and their prices are good. Also I don't know how they're able to fold my clothes so perfectly, but they do.. Anyhow I definitely recommend this place for drop off service.

Just amazing! As many coins as you need, every detergent you can think of on sale for a pretty reasonable price compared to other laundromats in town, snacks and coffee, and is super accessible from public transportation even in the winter! Will be coming back everytime just to get a happy smile from the owner:') makes my day!

Good place to wash a quilt or duvet. I had 3 to do today and there were enough triple load washers to put one in each. I got all three done at the same time. I'd come back here. Triple load was $6 and I think I had a quadruple load washer fir $9. Drying was 25 cents per 5 mins. 20 mins and each duvet was dry. Yay!

Excellent service. Clean washers & dryers. Washed 2 down duvets 2 sets of sheets & 2 duvet covers, using 3 triple load washers and dryers, all for 30.00. The man at the front desk was very helpful and kind. He even allowed our young Sheltie to come in as he is well behaved. Definitely recommend this laundromat!

Lights and heat are never on. One time I was done washing my clothes five mins after eight but they were trying to get me to come get my clothes the next day!? We close at the eight they said. Wow. Also most of the dryer blow cold air. Find another place. Every word is true,why would I make this up?

Clean building lots of customers, however if your looking for drop off service be prepared to pay 20 dollars per blanket. That is an outrageous price considering if you do it yourself you pay six dollars for the same load. Guy behind the counter was friendly but they really need to adjust prices.

People that run this place are not nice, they are angry and bitter. Place is dark, very much like their hearts. And it wasn't just a flyer, it was information wanted reward poster regarding my son's death that we asked to be posted inside your business, you inconsiderate moron.

The Gentleman that was behind the desk was very helpful and very nice. The laundry mat was also with a dry cleaners. The staff was continuously working and asking if anyone needed help. Cost is about the same as any other laundry mat. However, Great customer service!

I drop off my laundry. This man and wife team are excellent. My laundry comes back smelling fresh and clean even 2 weeks later it's still smells fresh. It's folded to the nines. I'm very impressed. Always coming back. Thank you very very much.

Went in to get my work clothes and regular clothes clean with their drop off service. The took care of every little detail for me. I was worried that my clothes would still smell like desiel but they did not and I was throyghly impressed.

I washed my quilt cover and blanket, in a middle-sized roller washing machine, which cost me 25 minutes and 5 dollars+1 dollar for the soap. The drying machine cost me 40 minutes and 2 dollars+1 quarter for the fragrance paper. Good deal!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! IT WAS EMPTY AND MY DRIER JUST QUIT THAT DAY. SO I NEEDED TO DRY MY TOWELS. I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER I COULDNT USE DRIER UNLESS I USED WASHER TOO. THERE WAS ONLY 45 MINS UNTIL IT CLOSED?!? I ASKED WHY AND HE

I was on the in the need of a coin laundry that was easily accessible and in close proximity of the Hospital. Walking in I was instantly greeted by a very nice man who made sure we we were well looked after. Great place for first timers.

This guy is absolutely amazing .He's excellent customer service , putoney in my dryer when I had my back turned ,lol and was walking bye , and I was folding a sheet he stopped and helped me fold it .Good place ,dryers great heat

Took old wool cap from a family member that hadn’t been cleaned in years. They worked on it very hard and it came out amazingly clean and bright! Very kind and polite gentleman to interact with. Will definitely use them again.

Was fantastic there, the washers do a great job and are nice and quick! The dryers are good price 25c per 5mins. The gentleman there along with I assume is his wife, were very kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

The owner is easily one of the kindest gentleman I have met. I go out of my way to do my laundry here even if I have to take a bus to get here from my home. Absolutely recommend it here for a relaxing no stress laundry day!

I do my laundry here every week its clean the owner's are very nice people and the machines are incredible they have medium and large front load washing machines and front load dryers that dry your clothing properly....

Ok so I would give it five out of five but there should always be room for improvement. The guy that runs it was great even tho I witnessed him loose his cool on someone. However it was fun friendly and clean.

No working bathrooms and it looks like something out of a nightmare . The owner turned up the heat setting on my sweater, permanently ruining it. The husband and wife who run this place are angry and bitter.

Gave 0 stars if I could. They say the water is hot but it is not. I chose the hottest temperature and it wasn't hot at all. They say the dryer is hot. It is not what they claim. This couple steal money.

Clean and good customer service. Pricing was about the same as doing at my apartment. But when doing 4 loads of laundry got done in 1.5 hrs. So overall a good place for bulk laundry to save time.
