Staff working are just polite enough to not have a complaint. I bought fabric softener as i forgot mine but the staff said they would add it to the machine for me, I stepped outside so I'm not sure if they in fact added it or not however another person bought a cup of softener and they were given it to add themselves. Not sure why some get what they bought and some are left wondering if they in fact added it or not. They charge $0.50 for a garbage bag. I used the big washer (which hold about two loads) and it cost me $9. Dryer (I needed two but I feel it could've all gone in one dryer as it wasn't much but was sternly told "no two! Use two! You need two!" So I used two dryers. Cost me about $2.25 each dryer load. I found this to be a bit expensive (washers are usually $2.50-$3 per load but mine worked out to $4.50 because I used the bigger machine, I should've split the wash up to two normal sized machines, would've been cheaper). The inside of the laundromat is quite run down and you can only use the "out of order" bathroom if you threaten to pee outside their store and miraculously the bathroom is in working order. I won't be returning here again if I can help it but it served its purpose.

These guys have the best laundromat in Edmonton in my humble opinion (and I've been to more than a few). The couple who run this place are on top of their game when it comes to keeping a clean, well-functioning environment. They are upfront with you if a machine isn't working, friendly and definitely willing to help you. The prices are reasonable and the machines do their job just fine. No complaints. This is my favorite laundromat for a reason. In fact, I was just there today and I will be back

I asked the worker if it was possible for me to leave my laundry for him to wash, for an extra cost of course. He told me no. Then as I continued my laundry I noticed him putting folded clothes into bins marked with people's names on them. I asked him about his doing other people's laundry, he gave me a odd grin and walked away. Putz! Second issue. My dryer died and I wanted to dry my clothes at his laundromat. He told me no because of the pandemic. PUTZ!! Never again.

I went to Beverly laundry and took up most of their machines during my visit first thing in the morning (7ppl in my home) the gentleman that was working was extremely courteous and helpful when I was having trouble figuring out the machines. I haven't used a laundry at in years and he just made my visit so much easier and pleasant. I would definitely return again if the need arises

The attendant at the laundromat is extremely arrogant and rude. He was not helpful at all, and seemed annoyed that we even came in. The facility however is quite clean, and there are a lot of washers and dryers. The washing machine is pretty expensive $6-8 per load for a larger load (ex.comforter), but the dryer is only $1 for 20 minutes, and is quite hot so items dry quickly.

Our dryer ended up malfunctioning and we had to dry one small load of towels ! In a last ditch effort we ended up here . We did see the note on door regarding only can use the dryers if using washing machines , which we understand we did go inside and explain our situation to the gentleman he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Would not bat an eye at this place

This place has new management from about 2 weeks ago. Very friendly and very clean. Every type of soap and softeners are available at 1$ per item. They will even do your laundry for you at a small price. Just love that it's a small family owned business. He's also working at the O of A as a researcher and the wife will be there full time.

This is a great place to do your laundry it's always really nice and clean and the fellow who runs everything in here I only seen one guy here so he's always been really nice and he's always helping me with my laundry and he's a good guy and he does really good job here and it keeps a place really clean and well-kept

Dropped off 3 coveralls, reg. Wash. 22$?! Thats crazy expensive to clean coveralls. Dropped it off on monday and its friday and this guys store is “closed for maintenance” with no sign of reopening. I need my coveralls for work! But ya. I guess ill go screw myself. Dont come here. Dont give these guys your money.

Quilt looked like it was never dry cleaned. Definitely not worth $50.00. Complained to the clerk and he just smiled and said ‘oh sorry’. Walked out and will never go back. We like to support our small community businesses, but will find another Dry Cleaner. Do not recommend this place at all!!!

Asian man was rude and tried touching my laundry. Dryers are always full with none moving laundry in them and no one to empty them. People leave there young children there alone. Washer are clean but expensive!!!!! Never again... stay far away if u want a stress free while doing Laundry!!

Good first time experience. One person there using more then her share of dryers. But i am sure that is not the case all the time. Worker a young Asian man, very nice man. Washing is expensive but you make up for it in drying. Not to bad. $1.00 for 20 mins. I will use this place again

Beware of this individual that charges for drop off laundry .2 years ago I dropped of 51 lbs of dropsheets and was charged $65.00 ..Now they overcharged me $126.00 for the same amount ,crazy for the same amount .They take advantage of customers,stay away and rude he is

I like going to was there thatguy that runs the place is kind not pushy and he even stayed after work once because our kids clothes for school were taking longer almost a full hrwith out complaining that was very thought full sounds corny but it is what it is lol.

Dryers are hot one load and it's done for only $1.00 It was closing time and he stayed open so I could dry my clothes that was so nice of him to do. I will always come here great place I would highly recommend going there they also have a drop off service as well.

Waiting for my new washer/dryer I decided to take all my laundry to the local laundry mat and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, friendly staff and I was done all my laundry in 90 minutes! I'm thankful to have this facility in my neighborhood.

They don't allow customers to use the washroom anymore. I put 5 loonies in the dryer and the guy who works there, said I put too much money in the dryer. I told him so what it is my money. I let another customer use the remaining time on it.

My dryer quit on me. Just needed to dry 1 load. He said no not allowed it policy. I asked him nicely. He just kept saying it's policy. How can you turn away business. It's just drying clothes . How would that be a problem. Lost my business

Worst laudromat ever i ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The guy who was working loaded a machine for his own work rather than give it to a paying customer and all other machines were being used. Will never come here again

I’ve been going here for several years and this place is a gem. It’s always very clean and the machines are all well maintained and efficient. I recently used the drop off service and it was great.

The own is absolutely rude to his patrons, we are paying customers and his attitude is disgusting… he needs a lesson in customer service and humanity… please seek some help for your behavior!

Beverly Laundry provides laundering services for our company coveralls and they are consistently clean and folded well. I highly recommend them for their customer service as well.

My dryer broke down and I needed to dry my laundry. They refused to let me use the dryers because I was not using the washing machines at their facility. Very unreasonable.

Fairly priced, good service and clean. I dropped of some clothes to be dry cleaned and not only were they done a day early the staff also texted me to let me know.

I do sell serve laundry here, its got change, machines, baskets places to sit and places to fold laundry. Nothing fancy, just what's needed to have clean laundry.
