I went to purchase a few items. There was a rack that said "$24.00" on joggers. As I looked at my receipt after I purchased them, it read 29.99$. I went back to ask why it was 29.99$ instead of 24$. The lady told me it was tax. Clearly it wasn't taxed. It was literally 5 minutes of my purchase I was not able to refund my item. The ladies did not explain anything to me about the policies and they would not make an exception 5 minutes after purchase. The two workers did not give any customer service and acted above me. Heads tilted and the look up and down. If you don't like working retail, find something else.

This store has cameras directly facing the (extremely small doored/ large gap) fitting rooms. The cameras do 100% point straight at the change rooms and could definitely see inside. (I used to work at a store that did this, I can spot it right away) If you value your privacy, shop elsewhere. (The staff also avoid helping you at all costs, and the lines are insanely long because they only have 1 person on cash. Definitely not worth your time anyway, regardless of the privacy violations.)

I’m not really sure how business is here, but I was in the store yesterday, and they are very non-professional, rude, practically yelling at the customer. They are very selective on who they tell the specials to and may I ask a question why are the specials not written down if there’s two for ones why are we hearing about it at the cash? It just slows the flow of cashing out. I will never come in there again.

I bought too many items here, but through the promotion of clearance sale $3-$5-$10, I bought 3 same pants medium size, but one of them is too tight for me, I think it is just a small one, the others 2 are pretty fit, asking them to do an exchange for one but they refused and said it is clearance item and they couldn't do anything. T

Well....not the best. Not very helpful in the store. Not the best selection. First time in this "mall" and this Bluenotes. Kinda messy. But I found a couple items. At the end cashing out the girl was super nice so left happy! Even showed me a way to save even more money using my phone!

Amazing store. Been there twice and everytime I go the staff are very helpful.
