Great park. Its no Aurthur Story or Miller Outdoor Theatre or Memorial Park but it definitely covers it's bases. It is certainly clean with a brand new jungle gym (as of approx 3/19) for the kiddos. It has one large gazebo with abouth 4 benches under it, 2-3 baseball/kickball backstops. I think a, hmm.. about a 20 yard strip of asphalt for possibly long jump, maybe? Im not sure what sport that is used for. Oh also a small bbq grill i think by the gazebo, possibly 2. Plenty of trees and a a handfull of picnic tables spattered across the canvas. This is all emcompassed by an asphalt figure-8 track, it maybe about .8 miles around. Track is spotted with park benches. 2 water fountains on the track with one porta-potty close to the Boone entrance. Also, 2 pairs of volleyball net poles, possibly 3. You must supply your own net. Great place to host a party or conduct your exercising. Very scenic for its location qith beautiful, unobscured sky above.

It's good location for a picnic, you probably need to go there during down times, cause there is only one covered area. There are other seating benches with table located under some trees. There is a play area for children, adult supervisor is advised. The park is a designated non smoking area. The trail is mile long with a half mile point as well. The trail is currently undergoing some repairs. Exercise caution on rainy day. If you are out there for a picnic please endeavor to clean up after yourself; Some people use the tables and benches during their work out sessions. There is also a unisex porta potty available.

This is a pretty decent looking Park where it has kids friendly slides and swings... And the track it looks like it's pretty much a mile... If not bigger than a mile either way it was a nice walk I felt great afterwards even in the Houston super hot heat... Make sure you bring pralented water... If you like to walk or run ride your bike bicycle... I noticed bunch of people playing cricket something that look like they were playing baseball but when I came there they said it was cricket... Look like they were having a lot of fun on the field wish I could have joined them...

Great park. Lots of trees along the walk. Fairly clean especially once you get past the front areas closest to the parking and playground. The trees were in full fall mode. Lots of benches to sit and catch your breath or take a break. Great kids play area. A Port A Potty was also available.
Playground
Equipment seemed clean and well maintained.
Restrooms
Port a potty was available.
Dog-friendliness
People seemed comfortable walking their dogs at this park. There was some poop along the trail.

A neighborhood park with a recently built kids' playground close to the pavilion. Surrounding by trees and bushes along the jogging pathway with numbers of sitting benches. I love to spend a couple hours there before a breakfast in my day-offs. The only thing you might complain about is the dirty temporary movable toilet. It is disgusting. For the purposes of public health and a cleaner community I would suggest either the city or the subdivision officers should plan to build a permanent Laratory.

It's a park. The track is all cracked and uneven in some parts. Most of the time the grass isn't mowed and there is always people there with dogs off leash. I can't walk my dog without having 2 or 3 dogs come running up and the owner "yelling get over here" or "stop leave them alone".

It's a good park for running a track has a big figure 8 shaped track nice big Fields for soccer, volleyball, birthday parties, or to simply hang out it comes with a nice playground for kids to play and spots for parents to watch their kids close by

  • Oscar Perez

Nice place to go during the day for a loop walking or running. There is a space for kids to play, a lot of room for picnic, benches and grills, a couple of water fountains too. The only bathroom is a rented toilet so is kind of gross. Plan ahead.

It's nothin special, I take my dog here periodically. I've noticed when I go early morning there are a couple of people sleeping on the benches, seen a few stray dogs as well. I've never felt the park was UNSAFE tho. If you want to get out

I need more lighting near the pool area it's too dark once you start to walk that number eight. It's scary not safe. The city should be putting up light that anyone can see even the policeman can see someone out there especially when you

It was a very nice park with a great playground with different activity for children. I like how they have musical type things on the playground. The one thing that would make it better would be to have shade over the baby swing area.

Park is ok but most people take their kids to newer parks in the area like the one on eldridge. Every time I've taken my son there were either no kids his age here or they didn't speak English so they couldn't play too well together.

  • Sergio Haro

Large, beautiful park. Soccer fields, baseball diamonds, plenty of benches scattered about. Great concrete track around the park for a walk, run, or bike ride. My only complaint is no public restrooms aside from the one portapotty.

  • Lizeli “Dimples” Cisneros

I like coming to this park it's nice and safe during the day, but I definitely would not recommend this park after 10 p.m. They are ppl who sleep there all the time. Stay Safe Out There !! …

There should be a sign if Black people are not welcome or allowed to use this particular park as opposed to the overt racist behavior toward us by the Hispanic people in the park

  • julio Gonzalez

Great place for a kids birthday party. Plenty of space and great track for a walk or jogging. Bring some mosquitoes repellent Though. This time of year they are bad.

  • mrgypsyblues

The new playground is amazing and bright. The park is very clean. It's also a good place to walk your dog and go for a run. 10/10 would recommend!! :)

  • Alex Hidalgo

Its a nice place to go and walk inthe afternoons and they have a playground where the kids can play and they have BBQ pitts if you want to BBQ

  • Jeffrey Ehimuh

I mean it's not a bad park, it's just not that much to do over there. Not that many shady areas when it gets hot, especially in Houston.

  • Sheldon Cohn

Grass not kept cut, the trail is almost a mile. It's next to a Catholic church . There is a port a potty, don't know how clean.

  • R. Mitchell Thomas

Great park! The paved walking path is cracked and harder to use if you need a cane, but it's a great place to walk

  • Marty Bean

Great Family park. Plenty of people exercising and new kid attractions. Do your kids a favor and take them!

  • Kathryn Jarman

Most of the iron benches need repair..liability concern overall it was clean also the ground are separating

  • Ritza Estrada

Very danger for kids . Old Metal plate still in place could be dander for kids when they are playing.
