Bridge Inn Cycles in Doreen were great to deal with. The staff were friendly and damn helpful! I had an old road bike serviced there and was extremely pleased with the result. They serviced it as per the standard procedure along with adjusting the goose neck, cables and gear selectors, and even managed to get one selector back to operational where I might have been up for two elsewhere. It rides smoothly without a noise which is how I like them. The quote was surprisingly fair and it was done very quickly. They called with any suggestions prior to proceeding with repairs and this is what won them over for me, having had a bad experience once before, when another shop fitted a repair where I’d asked for an estimate only, costing me a fortune for a new cluster on a bike not worth the money. Great easy going attitude, most happy to help, very professional layout and most importantly a lot of natural light so you get a good look at what's on sale, I swear some places I think they position the suspicious parts of the bike in the darker areas. Plus I think I would feel pretty good about bringing my bike here for repair, oh last but I'm sure not the least they understand some of us like the bike we like and they don't judge they just do what you want done. I remember some chap at Diamond Ck cycles giving me a lecture about something he didn't like, well after that he was just good for punctures. I don't mind advice or a perceived threat , but not a judgement then lecture that had nothing to do with me but something he thought !

AMAZING!! Highly Recommend!!! We needed new bikes for our kids birthdays turning 10 & 6. We had no idea where to start & decided to try these guys based on their excellent reviews! They were so amazing and patient whilst the kids looked at the options!!!! They went through all the options of bikes and sizes to make sure we could get the best bike that would last the kids as long as possible before needing another upgrade. They’re giving the bikes a once over before we pick them up and they include a 12month warranty/service. If we needed it they also offered to deliver if we didn’t have space in our car. Super impressed and kids are super excited to get their new bikes on their birthday. Highly recommend!!!!

Adam and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me choose a new bike, set it up for me and even added on any extras I purchased onto the bike without even being asked. The customer service here is great and I was looked after on the price of the bike. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and aren't just trying to sell you anything unless it's the right fit for you. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is purchasing their first or fiftieth bike, this team will definitely look after you.

My son bought his first ‘proper’ bike from these guys and they went above and beyond to help him find the perfect fit for his needs! Even taught him how to care for and maintain it as well, to keep it running great! Had my brakes repaired. The repair failed and spilled brake fluid over the new pads and discs. Which had to be replaced again. I was quoted full repair cost despite the fact that their repair failed and caused the damage. I suggested they might consider fixing their own damage. But was invoiced full replacement cost. Paid it. But won't use them again.

I had an amazing experience! The staff were super helpful & friendly and turns out they do both repairs and sales. I went in thinking I would have to pay a reasonable amount to get my tyre fixed, turns out it was just a quick fix and they didn't charge me at all! Very Grateful for your service.
