I have been to Bridgestone a few times and have received very good service, however on this occasion things didn't go according to plan. I dropped my car off expecting to return with 4 sparkling new tyres. I received a phone call mid walk telling me my tyres had not arrived from Melbourne. I had arranged this the previous week giving Bridgestone over a week to get the tyres in. I was understandably annoyed at having wasted my time. When I arrived back to pick up the car the staff apologised saying it was a freight company error. No BRIDGESTONE the onus was on you to make sure the tyres would be there to put on the car. Obviously you can afford to lose $1,000 worth of business!! You did nothing to encourage me to come back.

I walked in for a leak on my tyre, which was fixed for $35. I was recommended to put new front tyres for safety. I followed the recommendations of 'professionals' and I paid for a new set of tyres. I was given a cheap set of tyres, and ended with a punctured tyre one month later. They fitted a cheaper tyre (Dayton) for $109 each. I was hoping to get a high quality service from them but instead they used my ignorance and vulnerability to up sell me a cheap tyre. I walked in with one issue to fix and rather than fix the issue, I ended up paying for another set of tyres somewhere else one month later. Disappointing service and very dishonest.

Very pleased with the service provided by Scott & Richard. The recommended Dayton tyres for our service and delivery vehicle @ $135 each have so far performed better in both the wet and dry than the Dunlop Sports previously fitted. It was good to be given the option of tyres and having explained to us what a cheaper or dearer tyre provides. It was nice not to be taken advantage of and told I needed a $1600 set of tyres straight up like other outlet had.

Scott, Richard and the team look after both our cars! Servicing at great prices, convenient central location. They upgraded the suspension and wheels/tyres on my 4x4 and it now drives like a dream and looks great too. Squeezed us in at short notice when we did have a mechanical issue one morning. Send out timely reminders for upcoming appointments, servicing and tyre rotation/balance.

Richard, Scotty and staff will only sell you quality tyres, wheels and above all top notch service. Don't bother with the "fly by nighters" around town selling tyres that were parallel imported and manufactured five years ago - go to Bridgestone Select Hobart. Life is too important to risk having your tyres supplied and fitted by cowboys like Laurie...

A friend recommended this place. I really tried to get my tyres service there, called in to make an appointment, not friendly answer. went there to ask for the service, no mechanics available for a checking, not even for advice neather for a quote. got my service somewhere else, where they care for customers.

I went through Tyroola with Afterpay. I had 2 tyres, the balancing and the wheel alignment done. They were sent here, I received ed a call when they arrived and I was given an appointment for the next day to have them fitted. I'm glad I did it. Will be back for the back tyres soon. Thank you.

highly recommended. when they realised there was no more stock of the tyres I asked for, they got me the higher grade ones but charged me the same price they offered. besides, the place is maintained clean and tidy, definitely will come back for other services.

Popped in as i'd had two tyres replaced during an inspection and the pressure warning light came on the next day. They not only fitted me in, they replaced all the gas in the tyres and didn't charge me! Frankly couldn't believe it, amazing customer service!
