Booked my car in for service and wheel alignment here, but when we arrived on the morning of the booking was told that only the service could be done and not the wheel alignment as they were too busy. A good way to lose repeat customers is to provide poor service; Some people might make allowances if pricing is very good, but the pricing was fairly average so nothing really to attract me to return.

Great service... the team at Brighten Tyre and Auto are local and have always provided accurate advice on the best way to address the dramas associated with owning a car... I’ve made them my sole service agent for the life of my past 4 vehicles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else... Great service, great advice, friendly, knowledgeable advice about your car (and if you ask nicely your trailers as well)...

Saw me on short notice for a flat tire. Turned out my wheel rim was busted. They tried to do a temporary repair so I could get out of there but alas no success. Very friendly and didn't charge me despite taking up their time and skills.

Great convenient place to shop for those new tyres & mags… and to get your wheel maintenance done, they are all friendly staff. Car parking area can be a bit full at times, which makes it hard to pop in.

They have changed my rear brake, but there is a strange noise now, and then, they tide up the handle brake, but after 2 days, was gone. Not happy.
