I've used Mark and his team at MyCar 4 times now in the last 2 years and each time has been a really good experience. The firs time I couldn't afford 4 new tyres, so we did 2 and they picked the best old 2 for the back. No problem and all done in really good time. We replaced the other 2 a few months later and again it was done while I waited. Being at Eastlands it is really easy to wait :-), lots of coffee and food choices right there, let alone the other shopping to fill in time. The third time I had bought a second hand disabled access KIA Carnival that needed new tyres. I researched what I should get and called Mark to book this in and check on my choice. He agreed they would be very good but would have to order them in. He gave me a date in a few days time and the tyres were there, fitted and balanced while I waited. Great service again. The last time I was there, just a few weeks back, I had a special request to replace the pneumatic tyres on my electric wheelchair. I already had the new tyres, showed Mark and it was not an issue at all. I hardly had time to finish my coffee and the job was done!! I also have to commend Mark and his team about their COVID Plan and how they executed it. I saw several deliveries in my waiting time and each time the staff member would mask up before meeting the delivery driver. All contact with customers was with masks and it was obvious at the entrance that you should check in and wait for service, which was only half a minute. Great job and I felt safe. Friendly staff but not great attention to detail. I needed 2 new tyres, wheel alignment, brake fluid change plus I asked for a basic service type check but without an oil/filter change (I do those things myself). I printed out a whole page from my previous service listing the type of things to be checked. I know it's probably an unusual request but I really wanted the vehicle checked over and little adjustments made where necessary as per a normal service. When I collected my vehicle there was no line item for this task, I asked if the checks had gone OK, and the staff member said yes that vehicle was good all round. But less than 10days later the battery started dieing and whilst changing this I noticed the coolant level was too low. So I'm left thinking they didn't do any real checks at all, which explains why they didn't charge me. So now I have to book in somewhere else for those checks I specifically asked for. Also a nitpick but the wheel alignment left the steering wheel not perfectly centred, just a bit uneven but not worth returning for. So I'm left a little puzzled by my experience, why wouldn't they do what I asked and charge me as I expected? Would I use them again? I'm not so sure, they did nothing wrong but I didn't get the sense they were on top of everything

Please read this before you choose them. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Booked in for service on Wednesday at 9:00 am. I was there on time and the guy said they are fully booked. Told me to come back at 2:00 went there at 2:00 dropped my car there. I was told that it will take good 3-4 hours to do the full inspection of car and do the service. I was booked in for their so called essentials plus service $228 which was just a name for extra money. I was around eastland and they started doing service at 4:00 and gave it back to me at 4:30. I wonder what they did in that 30 minutes for $228. And they did even refused to update my logbook as well. They said i have to do the logbook service for that which was extra bucks. Why would i do logbook service if it’s an old car and not under warranty. I will never go there again and i won’t recommend them to anyone please be very careful.

All my years getting my cars serviced no one has ever tried scare tactics to do extra work. I went to Mycar as I got a good deal online. 1hr after dropping my car off I got a call from MyCar saying the car needs $1200 worth of work done. I was aware of my brake pads and still had a few 100kms to go. The guy threatened that my insurance will not cover and it is illegal, I left and went to my original garage and they confirmed O only needed brake pads which was $200. I am glad I did not recommend my friends, or they would definitlry fall into this scam.

I have and will continue to recommend MyCar in Rosny. Jake and Andrew there are friendly, honest, informative and have patience in explaining what’s going on with our vehicles. Initially upon a friends’ recommendation we moved the Subaru (our sensible vehicle) from the Subaru dealer service centre to MyCar because they were way more affordable. But then the service and communication at MyCar was so good that we decided to move the classic car to MyCar as well. Happy with their service and genuinely happy to post a review about it.

The guys at My Car Rosny when I took my car for a service and brakes where absolutely amazing. If they found other things that needed some attention they called me first before doing anything. They had my car back to me in a great time frame. They were all very nice and polite with communication and even explained things to me in terms I could understand. Thank you for doing a fantastic job with my car guys, it drives like a new car now! This is where I'll be booking my car in for future service ect. Thanks again!

Planned, ordered and delivered a 100,000 km logbook service and two front tyres with great communication all the way through. Exactly on time for my pick-up and helpful notes for the next appointment, one which I knew about, the other to plan for inclusion in the next couple of bookings - a small leak in a rear shock absorber. While this is part of a nationwide chain, it felt like a local corner garage with the personal touch. They do tyres and mechanical. Probably won't go anywhere else. Most impressed.

I don't usually write reviews - but I wanted to compliment Mark and his crew for their exemplary service - they really helped me and my sister when we needed it most. The car had broken down and Mark looked at it in the car park - diagnosed the problem and then his team pushed it over to the garage - gave me a quote and then did not take any money for this to quote him " the car has let you down you don't need to be charged for that" - brilliant guys thankyou very much Paul

Excellent service with affordable price. Staff are super kind and professional. Price is clear and understandable. As an international student, I do not know about pricing on car service. I did my regular half- year services in a town auto service shop with about $400 each time. This time I did my 100000km major service here in Kmart. They only charged me with 329 dollars( I added some other changes finally as the staff showed me what I should change) . So good so memorable

These guys are the best! I've been taking both cars there for many years now and can't fault them. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. They will always call you before doing anything extra to let you know the price and if you want to go ahead with it or not. Do yourself a favour and start using these guys. Staff extremely friendly, nothings a hassle, and they've gotten me out of many a jam at short notice. 10 out of 10, will be there again! Bonus is they have FlyBuys!

I paid $189 for a basic service prior to driving up north of the state, just to ensure my car was okay to drive the distance. All was smooth until I got up there and my heat gauge started rising, checked my coolant which was dead empty. Also felt like nothing was any different from before I took it in. Really not good, could have destroyed my engine and made me fork out $$$$’s on top of the $189 which I paid for nothing if I had not refilled it.

The customer service I received from Mark at Mycar Rosny was outstanding. I must have called him a dozen times and he never got grumpy with me. He went above and beyond to help me. For the second time in a month we have used My Car in Eastland Shopping Centre, Rosney and on both occasions, we have had excellent service together with friendly staff. Brought my first car and a couple days later was able to send it to get breaks done, was able to get the car later that day after work which was very easy. breaks were done amazing and was able to get a quote easily for something else that needed fixed. Would 100% go back and recommend to others
