We used Brooke Plumbing to install a new electric hot water system after our old Solar Hot Water system kicked the bucket. Within a day of sending our enquiry, Terry visited our property for inspection and then promptly sent across his quote, which was a very reasonable price. Whilst working at our property, Terry and his team were professional, polite and punctual. Not only did Terry install our new system, but removed the old system, along with the solar panels and old water tank, plus engaged an electrician making it all very simple for us.

We had Brooke carry out new reticulation of existing H&C Water / Natural Gas services connections from one area of our alfresco to another in preparation of a new outdoor kitchen. All his work was neat and tidy and showed his attention to detail. He had to work in a confined space under our kitchen benchtop (Brooke not being a small guy at best) to finalize internal connections and then seal and insert a panel to cover the exposed services, all neatly done. We'd highly recommend him to anyone else wanting the same level professional service.

Terry did a wonderful job investigating a complex drainage issue and removing tree branches in storm water drain on 6m length with the help of high tech equipment to guide him. I called Brooke Plumbing for a loss of hot and cold water. Terry was prompt and very knowledgeable and professional. THe job ended up being quite complicated and hard but he persevered and did not take a short cut. He replaced some old galvanized piping on my old house and did some complex work including coming back on Saturday to ensure I had my return of water and hot water service.
