Worst lot in the city. They are currently being investigated by OMVIC. My wife bought a car from them and made a downpayment. It took them two weeks to get the car. They never added the downpayment on the lease although we have the receipt. The rocker panels needed work when she saw the car. They claimed to have fixed it upon delivery. All they did was put a piece of tape over it with a tiny amount of bondo. It would have never passed a legal safety. We went to the lot many times and only ever saw the lady who sold the car to my wife ( who is not liscenced to sell cars) & asked for the repairs to be done properly, a copy of her lease. All we got was empty promises. It wasn't until 2 years later that the owner showed up when a stop payment was made. We got the lease but no deposit on it. The owner threatened to repo the car until i told him that is illegal once 2/3 of the payments are made (let alone technically paid by that point). He then claimed he would seize the plates and was then advised that he has no legal authority to do that either. The tensioner went on the car and we decided that it was enough b.s. and told them to pick the car up. Weeks later they have the hunk of junk back up for sale and are still trying to take my wifes money. I have heard many many horror stories about this place. Sadly my wife got it just before we met (1 month) or she would have never picked that lot with their reputation.

I have been dealing with Burton Motors for around 30 years. My parents dealt with them before that. If you need to get a car and go, this is the place. The stock is limited, but new cars come in weekly. Danny and Tracy are no nonsense straight talkers. They help in every way that they can and have helped me out of a car crisis many many times in my life. Burton Motors is not a fancy, high overhead lot, and they do pass that savings to you. Financing is all in house and if you are honest and straight up about what you can afford and what your situation is, they absolutely will be able to help. (At least they always have for my family). Not that this will sway anyone's judgement, but I have fond memories of sitting at the lot with my dad and just talking like everyone was family and to this day I can still drop in, sit and talk with Danny or Tracy and just be myself. Great people. Thank you for all you guys have done for us.

This place is a joke ! Bought a car because i was in desperate need of a vehicle. Ended up paying way to much for a shi* vehicle that was atleast 2k overpriced..but like i said i was desperate. That wasnt the worst of my problems. Got the vehicle and realized the tire was flat, next 1 wheel barring went, after that another went, muffler fell off, a big gas leak !! Sensor issues on the car, "freshly painted he says" yeah after one winter i realize it was to hide all the rust. I spent over 1000 in the car in less then 4 months and i was told by the mechanic that i have like 3 other issues to be fixed soon. Ohhh and dont get me started on how many kms it aready has ! I swear he found this car in a back field and glued all the pieces together. This vehicle wont make it to the end of my payments. ...oh well...my own fault but figured id warn people.

My wife purchased a car from them 17 months ago. They had it for 2 weeks to apparently fix some issues before she got the car. They were supposed to fix the rocket panels but to our chagrin they did a Mickey mouse job on it and the holes started to appear less than 6 months later. The car had good tires on it when seen but when she took posession they were replaced with tires that would never pass a safety. We went into the office several times and just had smoke blown up our behinds, nothing has been repaired. All we heard were complaints about how poorly things are run there. There are almost no vehicles on the lot for sale. And when there is, it takes weeks to get them ready for a safety etc.

I LOVE Burton Motors!! They have great vehicles, good prices and work with you to help figure how much your budget will allow....ive already bought one car from them and I'm planning on getting a truck from them very soon....Danny and Tina are amazing and so knowledgeable and their customer service is second to none!! I highly recommend this business!! 5 stars all the way!!

If you need a vehicle with few questions asked then you should go here, as long as your willing to put $600 down you will leave in a car, Danny does a great job when it comes to the cars and where they are repaired and if you already have a lease with him and you finish it, you could ask for a preferred vehicle but l would assume the nicer the vehicle the higher the payments.

Family was friend with Danny and made money doing shady bussniess must be the biggest slum lord had properties falling apart but would rent to the disabled then kicked them out to the streets randomly after years just to make buck 399 main street bath ON great example

Honestly couldn't ask for a better experience buying a used viechle. Great service, very flexable, and nothing but honesty from the staff. Of your looking for a used car this is the place to go.

Horrible customer service over the phone 8/10 times they are rude and act like they really do not care about the customer and they never have any cars in stock. I suggest going else were.

Down to earth, easy to deal with, no frills, no nonsense, cheap cars. Older models, but he fixes them up and certifies them. Love the place
