I visit their store few times per year, every time their flowers are simply beautiful! Today for valentine's day I purchased a dozen of roses for my wife, despite the overwhelming amount of customer the lady was extremely helpful and listened to all my requests. Glad that I could find such a classic yet beautiful composition. PS: to the client that complained about prices (what a sad story). If you don't think your partner is worth a $100 dollars flowers don't blame the shop for their prices, there are tons of cheaper alternatives. I want a Mercedes car too however I don't complain at the automotive centre for their unfair prices. Please visit their store and experience a genuine product with quality service for yourself!

Ordered a corsage with a cream rose, champain ribbon and rose gold embellishments all of which the florist wrote down and said she could do. She then asked me how big the person is and their wrist of which i said small so we agreed on a small corsage. I get called the night before saying they don't have the rose colour so i picked another one. I then go on the day to pick it up it is a massive corsage that is super heavy with no ribbon and silver embellishments. The florists then tells me she doesn't do what I ordered even though she wrote it down. Horrible service with literally a completely wrong order. Will never go back.

Good website, easy to navigate and good selection. Was very happy with the flowers but they were not delivered same day. I had called to check when they would get delivered and confirm the room number and was told they would get delivered after 5pm. The next morning they had still not been received so I had to send an email and they were delivered 45 mins later. I'm not sure if they had been forgotten or not but I think communication and confirmation of delivery time could be improved.

Just down the road from Monash Hospital with much better, cheaper flowers than the hospital. Dropped in after my wife gave birth to our son. Arranged pick up next day to deliver myself. Flowers were just beautiful. Customer service was great. The lady even assisted my 3 year old daughter picking the card to write her own personalised message and gave her a small windmill wind toy. Would definitely recommend. Need more local businesses with this fantastic level of customer service!

This is the best flower business ever, they went above and beyond for me today to deliver a teddy bear and a massive bunch of flower to my best friend in palliative care, I spent $100 and got way more than the value ❤️, the lady I spoke to is so so amazing and I can't thank her enough. Best flower shop ever and very very good value for money. Highly recommend everyone to visit this place and see the beautiful flowers .

What a joke! Not only did I receive the ‘arrangement’ a day late, they were NOT fresh and only lasted a couple of days. The arrangement was a disgrace and not worth the amount that was spent on them. Nothing like the photos on your website. Strongly advise against anyone ordering flowers to be delivered by this ‘florist’. The sender is ripped off price wise and the recipient disappointed with an amateur arrangement.

Beautiful flowers! Great customer service! Reasonable prices! I wanted to buy flowers for my friend. I searched on Google. It was a bit later in the day. This place was close and open. Immediately, entering the front door, I could smell the beautiful flowers, I picked my favourite, lilies. The lady wrap them up for me, sprayed them with some water, I paid and I was on my way. Tran at Busy Bee Florist did such an amazing job with our wedding flowers – we were super impressed with the incredibly beautiful arrangements for our bouquets, church decorations and reception centrepieces! If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my go to. The staff are extremely rude and gave me attitude when I brought back a bouquet of flowers that were clumped up and unevenly distributed (looked like a child made them), they then refused to make a new one for me. This is disgusting. Don’t recommend at all…

Your flower arrangements are usually very beautiful. However the box I ordered for my mum's 72 birthday on 20th October 2014 was very disappointing. I specifically asked for roses, and not 1 rose was in the arrangement. Not sure if the correct box was delivered??!!! Not Happy :(

I had such an excellent experience here!! There was a big range of flowers and prices available to suit everyone. And the lady working was so helpful in aiding me to get the perfect bunch of flowers, both in aesthetics and price range! Would so happily go there again!!

Very happy with the service, the lady was nice and helpful. Must important my wife was very surprised and happy with the flowers. Fresh as of they had been picked the same day. Price was great and delivery was fast. Highly recommend, will be definitely using them again.

Process was super quick over the phone, they didn't have all the flowers for the specific arrangement I wanted so I just told the florist the person's favourite colour. The arrangement that showed up was amazing and was delivered to the hospital the same afternoon.
