Thor set me an appointment, Nick helped me regarding my 2008 Dodge truck (red) ignition. My key continued to fall-out of the ignition whenever it wanted; my mechanic said you better have that fixed or one (1) day either your truck won't start or you won't be able to turn-it-off. Used busy bees locks & keys for the 1st time today and from start to finish they were friendly, professional, and completed the service correctly and quickly. Jennifer was the nice woman who I scheduled with over the phone and within 20 minutes Nickolai the kind gentleman who is a locksmith was at my home working on a new key for us. Great job! I had a 10-11:00am appointment and I was was there 15min early, Brody explained the process of making a new key and programming a replacement fob, and the time frame it would take. Brody started working on my truck and when he was done, he went through all the operations of the new fob,, and he was done much faster than I thought it would be. I was very pleased with the job Brody did, I would definitely recommend busy bee!

Received same day service for new locksets of entry doors and metal security doors. My home is old and the frames have skewed such that the doors no longer fit well. Ryan was dedicated to installing the new locksets and modifying everything as necessary to close and latch smoothly, even custom fabbing a piece. Doors now operate easier than before the service, which is a bonus on top of the fresh hardware.

Location personnel were very attentive, professional and very helpful with my vehicle key fob replacement. Nate was the technician that did the work and was very professional about it. Nico was the technician for my service call. He was professional and knowledgeable. I asked him some questions and he did not hesitate to answer them. Excellent, fast, and efficient work; even when they ran in an unexpected snag that required degreasing lock. We have a glass passage knob with a privacy lock that, unfortunately, was installed improperly that we discovered when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Ryan was able to quickly unlock our door and reinstall the door knob properly. Thanks Ryan for doing an awesome job for us!

Tim A repaired my front door lock. He was right on time and very courteous and willing to answer any questions that I had. I would request Tim again. I had another locksmith out and he could not repair it, he told me I needed a new door handle.

Alex from Busy Bees is great! Very creative and professional. The lock to substitute was an old non-standard type, so that modern lock doesn't fit. Nevertheless, Alex invented a way to install the new lock without making significant changes.
