EDITED: Do NOT bother with this place. I have visited this location 3 times to fix a devastating hit and run, and with each visit, there were massive internal miscommunications, that led to upsetting failures in execution. I returned the 3rd time after being promised by owner that the issues would be fixed, and that I would receive the services I was promised, but again, I leave the shop disappointed and frustrated. Now I understand, that what they mean by “lifetime warranty” is “we probably won’t do it right the first time so we’ll cover our mistakes over the next 4 visits.” You can see the photos below of the terrible paint job, the bumper that is about ready to pop off, and the side marker that wasn’t installed (had tape around it, no wiring attached) and popped out while I was driving. That’s why I know for a fact these guys don’t take a second look at your car before giving you your keys back. The side marker that they installed doesn’t even work. EDIT: just found out that the wire connecting to the side signal was snapped off during repairs and never rewired/reconnected to the original lighting position. The exposed wires then caused the wire to short to ground, which resulted in blowing 2 fuses that impacted multiple other lights, including the fuse to my tail lights. The fuse blew during a road trip, and it forced me to drive in complete darkness at night, which was incredibly dangerous for me!! Someone could have rammed into my car from behind since none of my exterior lights were working. Issues from using the repairs from this shop just continue to pop up!!!! If you choose to come to this shop, don’t expect to be informed about anything regarding your vehicle, and don’t expect to leave there happy with your decision. They do NOT CARE about the quality of their repairs, and cower behind their lifetime warranty, which is clearly a trap for their bad work.

This place did a wonderful job the first time my vehicle was in to be repaired from a parking lot hit and run. Pet, one of the saff members there was amazing and attentative. This time around, the results of a rear end accident left me appauled. My estimate from the collision center....$3860 (the previous accident they were within $200 of the actual repair cost). This place (directly connected to All State, the barrel bottom of insurance companies).... estimated the repairs at $9880!!!! Car is now written off from a rear end at 35 km/hr. An accident that I drove away from. Thanks Martino bros, still haven't received a settlement and been without a car for almost a month. ***Since we aren't getting any money back can we have our car back? Like this is starting to feel like a scam*** Edit: since the car was dismantled for repairs and the insurance company would not cover us, our car, we bought 7 months earlier at $10995 had to be sold to a scrap company for $1000. I will never recommend this repair shop to anyone. They had a huge part to play in all the negative not having a car has brought into my life.

Since I moved to Toronto in the late 80s, I have been calling on Martino Brothers for their services. Their professionalism has meant that when dealing with a normally stressful and frustrating process (auto body repairs), I have never had an issue; simply leave them the keys and they have sorted out the rest. Even when I switched to an insurance that had different preferred auto body shop, I continued to return to Jack and plan to do so indefinitely because they do great work and moreover, they stand by their work. It is not a stretch to say that my 2007 Grand Cherokee's longevity is in large the result of the quality of work done at Martino Brothers. I was bracing for the dreaded "write-off" from the insurance when my truck was t-boned by someone burning a red light. Jack worked with the insurance, and helped me keep my truck on the road. I would recommend without a shred of reservation.

Martino Brothers, and most specifically Andrew, saved my day and sanity! I walked in this morning feeling desperate after being in a car accident and Andrew was so kind, patient and helpful. He let me know he would try his best and get the estimate as soon as possible. He kept his word- having a verbal quote and ensuing the car was safe within 2 hours! My daughter has her driving text tomorrow and now we can still do it, thanks to him. We will be returning for sure when the work gets done. My first experience at Martino Brothers was 25 years ago. I have been there several times since. I have always have a very positive experience. The customer service is exceptional and the workmanship outstanding. They are very accommodating. They exhibit pride in their work and even go a step beyond. for example, while waiting for the touchup paint job to dry, Andrew walked around my car and removed the tree sap, which eats the paint. Also offer helpful suggestions on how to take care of your car. I would highly recommended Martino Brothers to everyone.

I took my brand new 2021Alpha Romeo Stelvio to Martino after an unfortunate accident that damaged the rear bumper. I just wanted them to repair it to look like it never happened, and that is what they delivered on. They really listened to my needs. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the service I received was even better. When parts were delayed, they proactively informed me so I always knew what was going on. Brought in my work vehicle few weeks ago to Martino Brothers for body repair job. Andrew was very accommodating. After taking the required information from me, I told him I need a ride to pickup my rental car in Etobicoke. Without hesitation I got the ride with him. I arrived at their shop yesterday morning to pick up the vehicle. At exactly 8am, Pet approached me and processed the paperwork in a timely manner. The repair itself is outstanding. My car had substantial damage from a collision, and repairs, both mechanical and aesthetic, were tended to very well. The car drives well and looks new again. I have been coming here for years. From having body trim installed (like stone-guards), major body repairs, I have never had a bad experience. Most recently when a friend of mine's classic ride was scratched on the top of the right fender digging into the bondo (not ideal), we brought it to Jack. He gave a fair quote, and did an excellent job; it's just another example of why I'll keep going back.

Had my antenna fixed here on Dundas location few weeks ago. I needed it to be fixed asap. Jack took my car and had it fixed one day. He showed all the work process that was taken and he charged way less than a dealership and other auto repair shops I got the quote from. Jack was decent and honest guy. The service was amazing. Planning to revisit soon to get dents and scratches fixed.

Great staff, but the repair wasn’t great. The insurance company recommended this shop, so I went here. Colour match isn’t good, and they left a dent on the quarter panel when installing the new bumper. Even if that was caused by the accident, it should have been fixed. I paid to have the headlights refinished ($80), and the bumper and fenders were scratched from the buffing.
