Terrible experience and does not care for people. My mum wasn’t feeling well going home and she stopped to get her blood pressure done. The service lady was nice but the pharmacy lady said you need to pay $10.00. Mum was happy to pay and decided to get her prescription. The pharmacy lady was very rude and not helpful asking I need Identification but my mum did not have everything and just made so hard for her. The pharmacy told her to go to the hospital if she is not well. Understand that, but why she could not just take her blood pressure to put her at ease. That’s disgusting and not a person that cares. Just allowed my mum to go away. This happened at 6pm today. My mum went to chemist warehouse and they helped her straight away with everything.

Horrible experience. I went to to this local pharmacy to get statutory declaration attested. I even offered to wait and there was no customer inside the pharmacy. Receptionist was very kind enough to ask the pharmacist who told me off in very rude manners. I respect if they are busy and cannot do but the way I was treated, would never recommend this to anyone.

I have been a long term customer of this pharmacy and would highly recommend it. The pharmacist's have always been lovely and supportive, the staff are friendly and very helpful. All of the pharmacist's and staff have always gone above and beyond for myself and my family when we have been in need of medicine, advice etc. Regards Tracy

Omg, I love all the team at Campbellfield pharmacy! They are so helpful and they always look after their customers. I would like to thank all of them. I have been going there and getting my medications for a few years now, and I always feel welcome, they are so nice and helpful. I'm lucky to have a nice and helpful pharmacy team.

The staff at Campbellfield Pharmacy are fabulous, I suffer from CFS and IBS ,Thu has extensive knowledge on a range of health conditions. She is down to earth and easy to speak to, always providing an informed and holistic approach to my many questions. I wish there were more Pharmacists like Thu!

Anne is amazing. I searched everywhere for my medication (evidently a lot of people have hyperthyroidism). Not only did she greet me wonderfully, she gave me a number to text my RX to so it was ready. THEN she was willing to fill my refill so I had a months worth. Just top customer service.

The staff at this Chemist are the best. They went out of their way to help and assist me and my partner in getting a medicine that was in short supply around the country. I can express our thank you enough. Very friendly and informative staff …

Not a good experience I came here to get a signature for my wife visa but they waited me for 1 hour even there was not even a single person in the pharmacy it was just a few seconds work
