*edited review* I take back what I’ve said. I went back today, and apparently there are a few pharmacists that seem quite slow, maybe cause they’re new or just clueless/anxious. But when I was there today there was another guy pharmacist that took over my matter. He was very professional and friendly! Still moving my supply for the long term though cause it seems like this pharmacy isn’t used to staged supply. But this pharmacy is pretty good at other things as they’re 24 hours. A feedback would be: some pharmacists are slow - as I’ve stated in the original review, the lady seemed confused and unaware of her surroundings, took her quite long and a few debates before she realised that my doctor has sent them a letter. But other ones are really good in terms of customer service. Original review: Went in to pick up my medication transferred from another pharmacy (as my doctor asked me to do)- and this old asian lady with glasses pharmacist INSISTED she hasn’t gotten anything from my dr while I can see MY MEDS sitting on the cabinet alongside my drs letter. She proceeded to look through the email and finally found my drs email. Embarrassed as she should, she REFUSED to give me my medications saying she “need to confirm with my previous pharmacy if this is the right pick up time”. LIKE HELLO LADY? You’re lucky I’ve got one spare meds at home, otherwise I would be across the road in the ED due to your negligence and hostility. I went in at 11:30pm 17/3/2023 (please look up the shifts and re-train the lady there). I thought this pharmacy was pretty good before, but after getting served by this lady my expectation just dropped. Looking to move my medications to another pharmacy.

Extremely rude and condescending pharmacists on duty around 3pm on the 14th September 2023. A middle age white man with dark, short hair in a green shirt and an older blonde white female in uniform. I was friendly and polite. I said hi and I smiled. However, I got disgusting demeanors in return. Acting as if they were superior. People like that shouldn’t work in healthcare. As a health professional myself, I was appalled by these two. Pretty sure they didn’t uphold the code of conduct for pharmacists. Also read another review about racism that occurred at this pharmacy, so this is for sure not the first time. How unfortunate to have these people represent the forefront of the Australian health services. What a disgrace. EDIT: 15 September 2023 Had a conversation with Tom the proprietor. He discussed this issue with me over the phone. He was very understanding and reassuring. I could tell he took things seriously. It was much appreciated.

Questionable customer service - overall a bit unfriendly. Here's what happened: 1. My partner and I went to this store on 4th Dec, around 2:30pm for a Covid-19 Vaccine booster. 2. We went straight to the prescription counter. We thought we can walk in but we saw a poster on the counter that said an appointment is required. So My partner and I had a quiet chat on whether we should clarify this with the pharmacist. There was no other customer. 3. The pharmacist looked at us in a "these people are weird" facial expression. 4. Then we asked several questions about Covid-19 booster, his answers were factual (which is why we decided to give a 3/5 rating). Then we left the shop.

Price gouging chemist. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere in order to avoid being ripped off. Health smart $24.01 The same antibiotic script repeat filled at Chemist Warehouse $5.80. 4x less the price! Shameful and disrespectful preying on the unwell and the vulnerable. When I contacted Health Smart to speak with either of the owners in order to seek a refund of the difference, crickets….. I suppose it’s a total testament to their character. All care not much responsibility.

WELL STOCKED AND EFFICIENT PHARMACY LOCATED WITHIN THE PETER MAC CANCER HOSPITAL This is a retail pharmacy (ie its not the hospital's pharmacy) located on the ground floor of the Peter Mac cancer hospital building. It has a nurse on staff so is able to offer some additional services beyond dispensing medications. Face masks are required to enter this pharmacy - presumably to align with the stricter COVID requiremenst still in place in Melbourne's hospitals (as at July 2022).

Really great service and super friendly staff, in and out in no time and they filled my script (which was a compounded script) within hours of receiving it via email. One thing I would say is that the capsules they use for compounding are absolutely the most revolting capsules I’ve ever encountered. Even as I place them at the furtherest depth of my throat possible they lead my to dry retch. Been pulling them apart - the contents, luckily, have no flavour.

Went in and brought Snuzaid Tabs 50mg the other night due to the heat wave. The tan kicked in after about an hour got a good sleep. The recent 2 nights I’ve had 1 each night before trying to get some rest but that didn’t help. I’ve just had another tab around 10pm I don’t feel tired or restless, my appetite opened up but my attention span is reduced to few seconds. Normally my attention span is about 45-50minutes.

Excellent service at 2am and very helpful with advice in a taxi parcel pick up for me. It is such a relief to have a 24 hour pharmacy in Melbourne which I found by googling. Extremely practical when out of hours locums advise an immediate start to a new medication Saved to contacts list and letting other friends know as well. Many thanks guys for your service to the community.

Very friendly and helpful pharmacists and staff. This pharmacy also sells phone chargers suitable for all mobile phones - it was such a blessing that I was able to buy one when I was going to be driving far away for the evening and had left my charger at home! I really respect 24/7 pharmacies - they can alleviate so much pain and discomfort in the middle of the night.

This chemist is open 24/7, perfect for emergency medicine when needed, it's right across the road from the hospital so easy access to prescription medication. Jenny who served us did an amazing job! So lovely and welcoming especially considering it was 3am. Definitely recommend this chemist and shout out to Jenny for her amazing customer service. ❤️

I have been grateful for sam for helping me in finding the right vitamins for my pregnancy duration i went early morning with the crazy heartburn and he went beyond to help and ensured I’m looked after its a blessing to have 24/7 pharmacy opened in city for urgent medication highly highly recommend this pharmacy and kudos to wonderful staff

Not a very good experience really. We were kept waiting for what seemed like forever. The dispensary seemed to be automatic but didn’t make a difference. On a positive note they stocked unusual items not found in many pharmacies in my experience and it was opposite the hospital we checked out of. Not sure why the staff were really slow.

Lauren has been so helpful to me and my family during a very difficult time. She has gone above and beyond every time I have spoken to her (both in person and over the phone). Lauren is kind, creative and able to support people in crisis or when you need things urgently with such ease and grace. Ask for her next time you are in!

There are different types of theft, but this pharmacy is professional and theft is in the field of children. Children’s materials must be at the usual price, but here the situation is different. The usual price for Aptamil Gold colic &constipation is 31.49$ but here it is 38,95$

Amazing Service. At my time of desperation to try and help a family member. Anne went above the call of duty to assist. I honestly can not thank her enough. Especially in these times, she was incredibly polite, helpful, compassionate and professional. Thank you again Anne.

Thank you very much Sam, I am so grateful for the help I received from Sam when I urgently needed ventolin for my daughter outside of our local pharmacy opening hours. I was unfamiliar with the area and Sam very patiently spent time helping me locate the pharmacy.

From the customer service team to the pharmacist, all the staff were incredibly friendly. They answered all my questions and offered reassurance and up to date advice, they were also kind and patient with my daughter putting us both at ease. Highly recommend.

Last November I visited Jenny at the pharmacy for a rather ‘intimate’ issue and she was honestly amazing. Left with everything I needed and without any unanswered thoughts. Much appreciated, only sorry it’s taken me this long to leave a review. Laura

Really bad emergency care for pensioners without any other options than 24hr chemist... not understanding and referring to emergency services not affordable when an over the counter 12.00 dollar ventolin was needed on credit till next payday.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY!!! I had my mother’s medication packed by this pharmacy, she’s a transplant patient so her medication is critical to her! They are not only EXTREMELY RUDE but they also mixed up tablets in some of her

Great that they are open late but there is always a queue at night as only ever 1 person working. Expect to wait 30+ minutes to buy anything, even if you’re not getting a script filled.

Shanshan was very helpful and her service was great. I called in the middle of the night for medicine and she helped me to relief my pain. I was grateful and awed in her service

It's very convenient during after hours. Easily found as opposite the hospital and accessible by tram.They had 2 chemists working and not too many customers during later hours.

Just took my kids to get their COVID vaccines today. Emily was amazing and super organized. First shot for my daughter was done before the 5 second YouTube ad was finished!
