Lionel and his beautiful team Especially Sharon and Sandra are like family. They never judge me, they get my medication ready in advance and they are more than just a chemist. Lionel gives me great medical advice and cares deeply about his customers. You can’t afford today and you’re a regular, he will trust you to pay him back. Sandra and Sharon will always give you a hug when need be. NO ONE at this pharmacy will question your medication needs even scheduled meds because they know their place and that a Dr has prescribed these for a reason. I refuse to go elsewhere because I do not get treated this well ANYWHERE else. The communication I had with Lionel, the pharmacist, was outstanding, not only by phone but also email and SMS letting me know when my script was ready. The pharmacist here is so cruel he brought me to tears because I didn't know if I had paid by cash or card four days ago. The lady behind the cash register was lovely and consoled me and seemed to not be so surprised by his behaviour.
