I visited this chemist on Saturday night to buy melatonin for my elderly father. I brought with me the recently finished box of melatonin containing the directions of use from our GP to show to the pharmacist but he rudely refused to provide it to me, simply stating “nah, I can’t help you with that one” and that I required a script from our GP. When I attempted to explain to the pharmacist that our GP advised us that we didn’t require a script, the pharmacist responded with “the doctor doesn’t know what he’s talking about”. I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service. I ended up visiting the Chemist 4 less on Everlasting Boulevard who provided me with the melatonin. I won’t be returning here.

One guy here let’s the whole joint down, every other chemist in this shop is amazing and makes you feel so cared for and heard. The guy rostered on at 1:30pm on Saturday 6th august should be let go. He gives off the vibe you are interrupting his time. He never acknowledges people as they walk in and leaves you standing while he finishes his chat about the footy the night before. I then asked could he call the other store in cranny west and he refused and said that was my role as the patient to find someone who stocks it and suggested it was out of stock. Other shop had plenty and happily helped. Do better flog!!

On my last trip to the store I was actually helped by 2 Red Haired girls ..both of whom I found to be very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my issues ......Lastly the pharmacist on duty (Ahmed I believe) was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour...How very refreshing ... Can not recommended this place higher

The guy behind the pharmacist, he is the worst guy ever. Only here to get something to sign by him. Told me only a 10-15 mins wait. And I literally waited him for 30-40mins. Then I went up to him he just won’t accept and help me, and same story told me to wait another 20-30mins? Is he Racist? Or is him not qualified to be out here? People finished 10hours shift day, and waited in line!!!! Like come on mate can he not understand what he should be doing for other? What the waiting line for?

The pharmacist who assisted me out was absolutely patient and mindful. Very kind as well. Excellent service. Not like something you experience at a pharmacy. More like a five stars hotel service. Also the shop assistant girls working there are very friendly and keen to help out. As a supermarket service manager I was astonished by their well mannered and efficient customer service culture.

Went in to get a perscription for my son's medication the Chemist said I couldn't have it because he was saving it for other customers, then he tried to sell me a medication which he said was the same but 3 times the price at $378 for 6 doses! I'm going somewhere else. Why should he choose who gets the medication? that kind of favouritism should be illegal. Grrrr.

Asian pharmacist got my scripts ready for my dad who is on a lot of medication in a timely manner even though they were flat out busy. Even explained to us that they could pack my dad's medication into a blister pack every week free of charge. Pharmacist was quick, professional and polite; something that you don't often find in pharmacies nowadays.

I came in looking for something i hadn't found anywhere else but couldn't quite remember the name. The girls at the counter were so good! They helped me find what i was looking for and did it so willingly! I thought i was being a bother but they were so sweet and we had a good chat. I cannot recommend them enough. Beautiful people inside and out!

This chemist has fabulous customer service and is one of the best that I have been to. In particular there is a lovely young, blonde girl who has always been extremely helpful, polite and kind whenever I have been there. She has always answered, or been able to obtain answers to the many questions I have asked. Will continue to shop there.

I attended this pharmacy yesterday, for the first time, and would not hesitate to recommend it to other locals. It is conveniently located near the woolies and the medical centre which makes it an easy one-stop spot for all your needs. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the service was quick and efficient.

Norman the pharmacist is without a doubt the most helpful and kind professional, always has the right advice and will spend as much time as needed explaining the medication. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and Pharmacists here. I can’t recommend them enough. Even when extremely busy we are always greeted with a smile & hello from the girls. They go above and beyond to source any medication required & are a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic family pharmacy

The Young male Pharmacist with the black glasses is the best! always willing to listen to your problem and offer a solution even if you need an out of the box one, easy to understand and chilled at the same time. This pharmacy is always our go to when we need actual advice from a chemist.

Went to visit recently to get the rapid test and was so surprised with the service! Very fair, organised and pleasant place to visit. They even gave cold bottles of water while everyone was waiting to get the test. Staff were awesome and friendly. Couldn’t believe the service!

I am not too sure what old mate Leslie Prince is saying. My experience was great. Customer service was fantastic!! I spent over $50 at the store and got to spin a wheel. I got a major prize which was $20 off my next spend at the store. Brilliant idea. I will be back!!

Great local pharmacy. However, it cannot even come close to the Chemist warehouse price-wise. Bought liquid Antibiotics for my kid for $24.99, and the same brand should have cost me $8 from Chemist Warehouse. If I had known, I would never have bought it from here.

Everything was changed from Pharmacy 4 Less - Discount Chemist to Direct Chemist Outlet a month ago. Staff told us it enables them to offer even better pricing. I got my usual monthly script dispensed last week, 21% higher cost. I won't be back.

This pharmacy is absolutely incredible. It is always so busy but every staff member handles it so well. The pharmacists help me so much with my medications. I have annoying meds to prepare and they do it every time with no panic and get it

Very unreliable, left me standing around for 20 minutes to be told that the failed doctors now chemist will not be coming in anytime soon. I feel very sorry for the young lady at the desk that has to explain it.
