I have not been able to retrieve my time-sensitive package for over a week. This facility has no respect for their customers nor for Canada Post… Their phone is disconnected. They have not been open for days and have not been following their posted hours for well over a week. I have contacted Canada Post, and this business didn’t even inform them of its closure. So, despite posting a sign that they would open 2 days ago (they didn’t) and having no signage for the days prior to this, they failed to even TELL Canada Post of their closure in the first place—I was the one to inform Canada Post (who have yet to hear back from them over 48 hours later). This absolute failure has prevented packages from being rerouted to other proper facilities. This place should not be allowed to run as a Canada Post pick up location when they do not adhere to Canada Post’s rules. I issued a formal complaint with Canada Post 2 days ago against this business.

Refused to print me a label from the barcode in my email receipt when the one I printed wouldn’t scan. I ship often and this particular package has had no movement updates since I dropped it off 3 days ago. It should have been delivered yesterday as per the xpresspost service delivery standard. Of the three people working at this location 1 doesn’t seem to understand English, 1 is intolerably rude and one guy is okay. I’ve never been filled with confidence that my package will arrive where I want it to when I ship or drop off here. Not the most professional set up and I think the scanning gun they use might be from the 80s. ***edit*** - I put in a formal complaint and was advised that the owner recently sold the business. Hopefully that means new staff and better service.

On a Friday, I asked what time he closed, he said 5:30. I needed a package so I showed up at 4:30 to ensure I received it. He was already closed. I waited in case he had to step away for a minute. 14 other people showed up looking to also get their packages. Fast forward to Monday, I arrived 5 minutes before 11am, the time he was supposed to be open. I waited for 20 minutes and he never opened. 5 other people arrived expecting him to open. If you're going to have store hours, whether reduced because of COVID-19 or not, be open when you say you're going to be open. I really needed that package and it's possible others needed their packages as soon as possible.

I have a very unpleasant experience with the male employee every single time I go to this post office. He is extremely rude, condescending and making you feel like you have to beg for your package. I wish I knew where to complain where it would actually be taking seriously and actions would be taken. He also treat a female employee very poorly. My packages which I have to sign each month goes to that location and dread everyt ime to go there, this is not acceptable.

Horrible customer service. My items got sent to them, I went to pick up and they only gave me one item. When I opened the box I discovered tht both items were not in the box. I called the shipper and was told to go back to canada post. I was attended to by the same person, she never apologized instead I was given an attitude. Despite making me go there twice in my pregnant and tired state.

They offered the service of printing a prepaid postage barcode from my email. I have no printer since we just moved to Ottawa. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. Thank you very much!

Good place but bad service. The male employee that work in the counter doesn't know how to work properly. He doesn't listen what customer's requests and doesn't know to apologize to customer when he or his coworker made a mistake to customer. This is bad attitude for customers, and is not professional and nice. He needs more training.

This is the second morning that the post office is suppose to open at 11. Again the employee only showed up at 11:15 and 11:17. He is very rude to every customer and does not speak french. To my dismay my packages will only be delivered to this unprofessional post office. Had to give one star but deserves 0 star.

Terrible service. Could not tell me why I was being charged to pick up a package. Asked me how I wanted to pay, I answered credit card, and was told he hit the cash option by mistake so I had no choice but to pay cash. Apparently could not cancel that and do it again. Useless dude.

I'm astonished to see the 1 & 2 star reviews. I have always had excellent, polite, and professional service here. Indeed, during summer months, knowing that many people are out of town, the owner will hang on to parcels beyond the standard 2 weeks providing he has room. Great PO.

Been here a few times and the lady whom I have met was always polite and helpful. One time she offered to help me solve a problem with my shipment in a way that would help me save money. It didn’t work out but I really appreciated her offer to help.

Six boxes, to be mailed. Average weight 20 kilos. These guys handle my transaction with professionalism , efficiency, and very pleasant service. A popular site so go there early in the morning or after lunch. My hats off to this outlet.

DO NOT rely in their Opening Hours. Canadapost website says it opens at 7am, but they DON'T. I arrived there at 08:30am and the store just opened at 9am. Plus: double check everything the staff does as he doesn't seem to know much.

Although their system was being fixed when I first arrived, I just came back at a later moment and got polite and good service from the people there. Options to my needs were clear and I managed to send my correspondences.

The owner can be polite but misunderstand one direction and prepare to be snapped at. I've also observed consistent and shockingly rude behavior to other customers and employees.

Great pick up location. The gentleman there is wonderful. Canada Post as a whole can suck sometimes but these guys make it less painful when it's time to pick up a missed package

Sometimes the line can get long, but usually the franchisee gets his partner(?) to help out - she usually handles the dry cleaning. Great, helpful service. Knowledgeable owner.

Jack, Susan and the rest of the team are friendly and professional. I always enjoy coming in to pick up or send parcels. When there’s a line, they make sure it keeps moving.

Unprofessional staff work at PO . They can not find the package under Cainao and even Canada post to their address. How come? Ask the customer to return. No way.

Good small post office. I sent some documents to India. Staff helped me out to find envelopes and fill the details. Very patient and professional service.
