Recorded my credit card details (name and number) without my consent! Every time I shop there and pay by card the teller just types in my credit card details (name, number, expiry?) in her computer without asking for my consent! Then lied about it saying that she overcharged me and processed a refund! Didn't happen in my statement only in the clerks mind. Disgraceful... Supposed to be faster to pay by card and not hoarding people's private information without their permission! Get with the times! I would rate minus if possible...

My prescription was sent to this pharmacy. The guy from the pharmacy called me up and explained everything in detail about medication, when to use and when should I stop using them etc. There was whole big conversation of what exactly my issues is and if it’s the right medication or not. The service is amazing .Maybe I should visit them directly if come across any rash next time instead of waiting in long queues to see a doctor

Terrible pharmacist by the name of Felix, rude, prejudist, uninformed, publicly confessed to be hoarding a medication that is scarce for only one patient he "looks after" who ordered it all for himself until December. Sounded like he favours deals and backstage conversations. Said he knew my doctor and he would "give him a call" as a threatm Should have his license removed. I am considering escalating to HRC.

Very expensive, checked the price on two items I purchased when I got home and found them available elsewhere for half the price. Seriously, what was the point in pushing generic brands if they are twice as expensive as your competitors. Avoid if you can. There's a Chemist Warehouse in Spencer St, it may not be a pleasant place to shop in but at least you won't walk out feeling like you just got robbed.

One of the best pharmacy experiences I've had. Looking back at the reviews it looks like dissatisfied people from a few years back due to being busy. Trust me, this place knows what they are doing and will make other people wait so they can service everyone the best they can. Also, the comments on price... All the L'Occitane stuff seems reasonable, not sure what they are complaining about. 5 stars.

Needed passport photos. No greetings...'told' to sit on stool...3 unsuccessful attempts to take photos...2nd assistant tries- direct quote " look at camera...sit still"...When complained was told staff had not received training...then why have a poster claiming to be 'experts?'. FYI...got photos from chemist at Southern Cross- excellent customer service.

Every time I have been here it has been fine when the the lady served me, but today I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes (no one else at counter- just me) and he saw me didn’t come over yet a different woman walked in a young woman and he goes straight to her and ignores me till after he finished with her. So rude! Would never go there again!

Lovely pharmacy with good gift ideas. Last time I dropped off a prescription they were out of stock but arranged to get the product that day for me and call once it arrived so I didn’t need to shop around and could get back to work. Very helpful also arranging breast pump hire and education.

Great traditional pharmacy. The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable, and the head pharmacist guy is friendly and has interest in your well-being and follow-up. It's great to still have these types of pharmacies as opposed to the Warehouse versions. Thanks :)

The last couple of times of been in I’ve been really impressed with the service. Everyone was super helpful. I had to wait but I’d rather wait and get good information about my script than get quick service with no help.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They hadn't had stock delivered when I went in there with my prescription, so they took my number and sent me a text as soon as it had arrived (which wasn't long).

Felix is one of the most professional, friendly & kind pharmacist. Nothing is too much trouble and he always makes you feel welcome. Along with the rest of the staff it’s a wonderful experience.

$35 for a script which I normally pay $15-$18 in any other pharmacy. Well done for ripping people off. Will never go there again. And forgot to mention that what I paid for was generic brand!!

Awful customer service and terrible time management! I waited there more than 15 minutes to certify my documents and shockingly they rejected me due to being busy!!!!

Avoid this chemist if you need a prescription filled..$21.95 for medication that normally costs $8.95 at Chemist King and Warehouse Chemist. Never again!
