Shoes beautiful, unfortunately they are not very durable, scuffing and tearing very easily. Within a month of moderate wear my shoes were looking far from new and stopped fitting properly. Apparently "it's Italian leather" so it's not an issue, claims the manager. They started hurting my feet and now I have a 230€ doorstop.

Very cramped shop! Staff not very interested! Very disappointed with no refund no exchange policy! Very uncomfortable boots! Will never shop here again and will be advising others of same!

Staff never very interested in the customer. Takes an age to get a size from stockroom.
