I am a new customer for Cato. I purchased a sweater my 1st time and another sweater my 2nd time. The 2nd sweater which I loved had a defect as the side of it was unstitched almost all the way down. It was not wearable so I was advised I could return it with receipt and tag and order from the store a new one. So i went in to do just that. When I called the sales associate was super nice but another one assisted me when I arrived. She made me feel like I was a bother and definitely not wanting to help me with the order. So based on her tone, lack of wanting to help me I just got my money back. I will never shop there again . This took place at 6:13pm on 11/22/23 cashier 101, register 2 in the event my review is seen by managers/corporate. I believe her behavior should be reviewed and not happen with anyone else.

Came in to buy 5 pairs of shoes I was in there less than a minute i was looking at sized and the lady ask hey is there anything I can help you find we close in 3 mins. I said oh I’m sorry her response was well come back and you’ll have a little more time to shop!! Went to find my babe in GameStop they were attentive not rushing and they closed at 6 as well the thing was they never told us or told us to come back I’ll take my money else where!! Sadly I was going to get the shoes but the way she said it she didn’t want my business. I’m a supervisor in customer service and none of my agents would never!!

I’m giving this location a 2 star only because I like Catos. I was in there a few days ago and the “manager” working ignored my mom 3 different times. My mom asked if she was having a good day, hoped she had a nice 4th of July and thanked her when she was handed her bag. I finally asked the girl if she had ear buds in (she was singing to herself) she said no, so I told her she should acknowledge when someone speaks to her especially when they’re trying to be nice in a not so nice world.

Shopped for 30 minutes and found a blouse I wanted but they wouldn't sell it to me! Second time this has happened at this location. It was on the clearance rack and was marked down many times now was $5.99. Sales clerk said it rang up as $0 so had to be donated instead of sold. Never again! My time is too precious to waste on this business!

I shop Cato locally and online and really enjoy the styles and the quality. Every time I go into this location no one ever says hello or even acknowledges you’re in the store. It’s rude and makes people feel uncomfortable to ask for help. I will stick to my other location.

Corporate should be very proud of their associate, Joy, at Store #38. She went out of her way to show kindness. Went above and beyond to help me and I will make sure to shop this location every time I'm in the area for as long as she is there!

Nice selections to choose from...misses & plus sizes. Like those leggings for fall/winter in a variety of colors. And always nice jewelry and accessories. Very friendly, helpful customer service staff!

We went into Cato for a pair of shoes that had been set aside for me. The employee was obviously VERY busy but still took the time to help and answer all of our questions. Good customer service!

Purchased shoes on line and received them right on time. Sales rep was so helpful and checked to make sure the shoes fit before I left the store. Great experience. Thank you Cato and staff.

Love this store's clothing. Would be 5 stars if I was greeted or asked if I could use help. They never see how you are doing when trying on clothes either, while in the dressing room.
