Staff always professional and helpful. Good in-stock inventory of the clothing and jewelry available online in the event items shipped will not arrive on time or Chico's unique garment sizing is unfamiliar and trying on clothes is preferred to ordering online and, potentially, returning. Seasonal color palates, prints and styles appealing to many age groups. Travelers collection great for intended purpose. No wrinkles if worn or packed during travel, but I find the fabric a bit irritating. Otherwise, stores are well organized, comfortable and attractive. Certainly no complaints from this frequent shopper.

No customer service whatsoever. The store is virtually empty and no one has offered to assist myself or my mother. No one has come so far to even approach us other than to hang up a clothing item.
