This used to be my favorite park to bring my kids to. Now i feel like it's just alright. Let's talk about the changes. The new playground structure is smaller than the initial one and seems to be geared towards children who are 5. There is still a toddler structure, but it was not renovated. The swings were removed, and there was not much for the older kids to do.
Playground
Equipment is meant for young children, whereas before my late elementary child had a place that suited his age. The baby swings that are left are old, and one is broken. It takes a lot of effort to break one of those swings.
Dog-friendliness
The park is dog friendly, and we have never had an issue with any of the animals there. The dog parents need to be more respectful in cleaning up after their fur babies. It is a park where young children run and play and shouldn't be stopped in their tracks due to feces on the ground.
Small and cozy park. So get there early to grab a spot for a cozy picnic. Pavilions and gazebos require a reservation. There's lots of trees and shade. Lovely spot for tree huggers and quiet meditation. It is also a really great spot for nature lovers. I enjoy this park more for family gatherings. We had such a good time that we forgot what time the park closed.
Playground
Clean and sectioned for each pavillion.
Restrooms
One large community restoom in the middle of the park. Pavillions have separate restrooms.
Dog-friendliness
There is no dog park but plenty of room to walk. Be careful of the trail, the pebbles will hurt their paws.
Picnic area
Nice picnic areas and plenty of space. Just dont park on the grass.
This park is like an outdoor sanctuary with scenic views and beautiful natural trails. It's like a hidden gem, because most people decide to go to Tom Bass Park which is directly across the street. This park may not be as big as Tom Bass, but it definitely has some great features. A pavilion for outdoor cookouts, tennis court, playground etc. If you're looking for peace and solitude, this is the place for you. This park closes at 9PM, but the park worker tends to kick everyone out around 8:30PM.

Very peaceful, lots to do for a public picnic with friends and family, police presence is always noticeable which is nice. Park has always been clean every time that I have visited. Plenty of restroom and picnic tables. You can also make reservations for a pavilion for a party or just to hand out. Us the walking trails for riding my mountain bike, giving everyone the right away. Very family friendly and pets, always see people with their dogs.
If you're having an event with a lot of people (200-400) this pavilion will hold it. Lots of open space including smoke house where you can prep or serve food inside instead of being out in the open. My only problem is the Barbeque pits and the overall look of the park. Tom Bass looks more inviting and manicured in my opinion! But this pavilion will get the job done!
My school had field day here, it accommodated near 550 students. There are lots of tree shade, the pavilion is covered and very spacious and had lots of tables and trash cans. The restrooms were restrooms meaning using public restrooms after random people well…. The covered playground, I was impressed with. It will keep a child occupied for a while.
Christia Adair park... one of the best parks around. It's well kept and maintained. At the time we we're there, for a birthday party, they the maintenance department were laying down a new walking track. It's an awesome place to have a birthday party or any other kind of party or get together. You definitely have to come and check it out.
Nice quiet park to have lunch in the shade, not very many people visit since the pond is across the street bit if you like silence I would definitely visit and go for a walk. There are 3 pavilions you can reserve for gatherings and playgrounds for the kids. There is also a tennis court and restrooms w/ water fountains.
Lots of beautiful nature all around! You can take a nice little hike through the trees. Let you kids play with the swings and cook outside! Port-a-potty restrooms were neat and surprisingly well cleaned. Nice place to relax and have fun with friends and family, or relax by yourself and read a book on a bench swing.
Great!!" NEW playgrounds",,,I was so surprised this weekend my kids had lots of fun.The parks looks so beautiful they have new playgrounds, more walking trails,I been coming here sence I was a kid now I'm 32. I'm so happy they finally made the changes the park needed... …
We love going here. Very pleasant, with many picnic tables, playgrounds, open party areas, trails going through wooded areas with birds and other wildlife. Sometimes before the pandemic, there would be large groups playing loud music, but I guess that's to be expected.
Nice place for parties or picnics. They just finished a walk path the perimeter of the park. Several pavilions to rent for parties. They would get 5 stars if there was more parking on the west side. Plenty of parking for the east pavilion, that is roofed and screened.
An excellent park for family outing. It has large open spaces for softball an d volleyball. And tennis courts are well maintained. Also, there is a nice play area for kids. Slides and swings are available. And there are wonderful, large areas requiring reservation.
Held family gathering there 6-17-2023. The pavilion is huge and worth the rental. My great grandparents had 10 children and the most followed their parents foot step (as did many grands). I say ALL that to say we had ALOT of people in
Adair park is a wonderfully nice place to take your family and pets to enjoy a day together. The grounds are well kept along with clean bathrooms. You can rent a pavilion with a kitchen and large pits for smoking or grilling.
This place is unreal. Barbeque place were you have an actual smoker to cook with. Nature trails, playgrounds and plenty of space to enjoy other activities.
Restrooms
Very clean restrooms and very dog friendly.
Christia V. Adair Park is a wonderful park with lots of amenities - walking trails, playgrounds, covered pavilions, open green spaces, and restrooms. It is very well maintained and a great park to visit year round.
Wonderful picnic there. The bathrooms were great compared to before wow. The floor of the kitchen was very dirty.
Restrooms
They were updated and clean. Live that now they have toilet paper and soap
Rented this pavilion for a going away party. The rental process was super easy and the cost is as reasonable as it gets. We had a good time and I did get back a deposit for keeping the area clean.
Very nice park. Expansive, clean and police around regularly at the pavilions. I come here to play Pokemon Go, and it's easy to drive around for community day, etc. Connects to Tom Bass Park.
Reserved a pavilion here for an event. Had a great time, and felt like we were secluded and safe. The beautiful weather really helped the event as well. I will book with Adair Park again!
It's a nice park for swimming, tennis, basketball and of course the play ground. The day we went the restrooms weren't open so it made it less comfortable to be there a period of time.
Pavillion rentals are very reasonable. There are smokers and grills you can use with plenty of tables and seating. Also a little prep sink. Must reserve several months in advance.
Get park for birding.
Playground
Three playground areas.
Restrooms
Several clean, well maintained restrooms
Picnic area
Several pavilions and picnic tables
It’s just a cute little playground off of Hershey park and Memorial dr. My niece wanted to play there during our walk on Sunday. It’s small but she had fun.
My rental at the community center was a success. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. A/C had the building fresh. I would definitely recommend …
Shaded trees near picnic tables, parking spaces available and oh well kept. Walking trail has seating benches near by.
We had family reunion there it very accommodating. Playground, kitchen etc. Love it!
It is a great park for a nice walk or some family time. I really like this park.
Great accommodations! Love the one pavilion that we had all to ourselves!
I went for a company picnic and it was so fun and spacious. Not crowded
Was very quiet and clean, really nice place 2 go 4 a day away from home
This is a nice park I had the chance to visit with friends and family.
Really nice and expansive park enjoyed with the family
Nice view of the lake and playground
