I've been a semi regular customer for a while. I can deal with turning up and the tip on the vacuum cleaner is worn down and next to useless or the foaming brush in worn down to stubble occasionally, but when 3 of the 4 wash bays have about a wheel barrow full of mud in them and the only clean one has a small sign (4×5cm) saying that the foaming brush is out of order (on silver tape on a silver surface) I was quite annoyed to discover this after depositing $12 to basically hose my car down. It's probably my fault for not checking the equipment before use, but when I'm paying $12-19 for the privilege of washing my car I expect better. I'll go back to washing the car at home before I use the facilities here again.

EDIT: From 5⭐ to 1. AVOID ! I put my $2 in only to have to scrounge the car for more coins (no coin swap machine) to make up to $5. NO COIN RETURN if you happen to fall short. No way to do a wash then come back to hose so you need to watch the timer as opposed to wash your car properly. Brush head was loose too so have to go & wash elsewhere. Too bad if it finishes before youve rinsed. It'll cost you another $5! I'll never come back here. It went from the best to the worst. Previously: Cheaper than most, you can start the vacc with $1 instead of $2. Re-doing road markings yesterday. Well maintained facilities.

This place is supposed to be for cleaning your vehicle, but it's a disgrace !! An absolute filthy mud bath, it appears cleaning the bays is not a priority ! Sorry Alex, I appreciate your reply, But I was there on Saturday morning and it was filthy, Then came back again Sunday arvo, and it was worse than ever , so there's no evidence of it being cleaned multiple times a day. I sprayed the floor and tiles, but gave up, as the surrounds just caused mud to be trampled in my motorhome on Sunday and my Red Kia on saturday morning. I believe you have cameras on site.

Every time I use this car wash there seems to be foam brushes out of order, wax/soaps empty etc. Also, the little displays used to select $ amounts and pay by card are atrocious and unusable because the touch screens are in poor condition and don't work no matter how hard you press (this also seems to have been an issue for a while). This car wash used to be good however I might consider others in the area if this doesn't improve.

Such a waste of time and money!! I used Laser Brushless / Touchless highest range wash for $16 but came home extremely disappointed. The car looked much dirtier than it was prior to the wash. Not sure if these are soap marks or what but it was indeed so filthy that I had to go back to another car wash for a manual wash and clean it up thus making me spend double the money. Never returning for a wash nor recommending to anyone!

Have only used the laser wash but it cleaned my car really well, will have to go back and use the other wash. Update: I finally got around to using the washing bay and it was so easy to use, I tried to use every setting but the wax didn't work abd the rainx was a bit iffy but other than that it was pretty good, I will definitely be using again.

Good facility and regularly cleaned by staff which is a rare quality in public car washes. Only issue is that it takes a long time for the polish/rainex/tyre cleaner to come out. Sometimes I wait a full minute while squeezing the trigger before I see anything come out which is a huge waste and the only thing stopping me rating 5 stars.

FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH PLACE! Selected $13 laser wash, drove in, laser wash put soap on my car then told me I was done. I was in there for a minute! Not even a rinse off of the soap! Then I had to get out of my car and wash it myself! That was another $5. Should have gone up the road where some guy washes the car for $20.

Laser wash did a reasonable job of cleaning the car which wasn't very dirty to begin with. I chose option 2 for $14 dollars as it said would clean wheels but didn't feel the wheels were any cleaner than before the wash. I'd stick to option 1 and save yourself $2. Overall not bad, just a bit expensive for the end result.

Was good, now no hand wash is working and hasn't for quite some time. Prices on auto wash have been jacked up but choice of wash reduced, no undercarrige wash at all. To top it off my SUV is now vored is a sticks reminder from the last auto wash. Which if me paint is damaged I will be going to VCAT for damaged.

Went there today. 2 lanes closed with witches hats in front. The lane that I chose had issues as well, the brush didn't work as it had a major leak high in the hose, the eftpos card reader didn't work and the lane was caked in mud. Not exactly a good place to eash your car.

Tried this place for the first time- reasonable prices but high pressure soap and rinse didn't remove dust on bottom of car so still had to clean myself when I got home. Card option is convenient/ plus point but note can only use card for $4 and above options.

The place is good overall. However, I wasted $5 initially as I paid by card in bay 4 and there was no presoak or tyre cleaning liquid coming out after the timer started. I had to then go to another bay and paid there again and finally it worked fine.

They recently changed their machines over. Now they have a $5 minimum. If you try to put in coins less than that it will not refund you and you lose your coins... For 5$ you get about 9 mins with all the self wash tools though which is decent.

Always used this car wash but standards have gone down lately. The water rinsing has made my car smell badly you guys need to empty your water tank and start again as I had to re rinse and dry at home to get rid of the smell, this was the

Arrived and sat for nearly 10 minutes trying to get the automatic car wash system to accept my eftpos card. Wouldn't take paywave, swipe or insert. No matter what I did with the touchscreen it was unresponsive. Left with a dirty car.

Clean facilities not very popular at the time I went there had the pick of the manual bays and only one car in the auto wash was good time.for the money just need some toilets on site if the little ones need to go they gotta go

By fair the best car wash around the area. The pressure is great and they don't rip you like all the others on use time. Also the addition to paywave makes it super easy so you aren't scrambling around looking for coins

$20 for a laser wash with no drying?? It finished and my car is soaking, meaning the drive home got dirt all attached to it. Complete waste. Oh and now I've dried it the whole car is dirtier than before I went through.

I use the dog wash. Convenient considering i can use it late at night. BUT I wish they can offer a discount for double cycles. I.e. $15 for 20 minutes instead of $10 for 10 mins and $1 for every minute after that.

Good place to wash your car the auto wash is ok but only works on high pressure blasting does not use scrobb brushes so some people will like it compared to the ones with spinning ones that can scratch your paint.

The best car wash in the area. Much better than up the road near Red Rooster. Lovely, clean stalls, and hoses always work. Lost a star because the change machine has been out of order for about a year now.

Although the option for paywave is there, some of the booths don't work. Time is reasonable for each session. Wax doesn't come out so don't bother with it. Good for high pressure wash and foaming brush.

Went this evening. $10 laser wash. My car came out dirtier than when it went in. Had come home and re wash by hand. That was $10 down the drain. Will never go again or recommend to anyone.

Closed for ages, reopened with $5 minimum with coins. Don’t know another self car wash in the country that does that. Was a good facility previously but better off just going to the 7/11.

I am a regular and have been for years. I love that they have card payment now to make life easy. Must be a change of management as the bays are much cleaner then they used to be.

The pre soak doesn't really work. The tub for the wheel brush was empty, so with the poor pre soak and wheel wash empty made it a bit more time consuming to get the wheels clean

Have been here quite a few times now. I use the touch free bay and pick the most expensive wash. It does an okay job. Car does not come out totally clean. Doesn't have a dryer.

Fantastic facilities and great clearance for anybody with a large vehicle, caravan or boat. I always use Clean Maker for my Vehicle needs. Able to pay on card is very helpful.

Good location, reasanoble prices, fair products quality. I'm giving it 4 starts because not all lanes were working and there was no wax available when I visited this place.

Get a good amount of time for the money, and the hoses, vaccuums etc. Always work well. It does get a bit busy due to not enough car washes, but the lines normally go quick

Very good customer service and very good self serve bays and touch free auto. All equipment use credit card facilities as an option and there is a dog wash on site.

The drive through car wash is terrible does not clean the can well at all spraying with a garden hose would do as well. Poor for $15.00 Will not do that again!

My car still looked dirty after I drove it out. I would have gone back and complained but I had to be somewhere else. Better off getting someone to wash it.

We were in the area and looking for a place to wash our car. This is great place to wash your car, clean and well maintained, price is reasonable as well.

I always have a very clean car after I have used the self service machines and my car shines for at least two weeks, before I need to wash it again.

Touchless car wash. The credit card payment is funky but it works slowly be patient. I appreciate that you can use it 24/7 and they have Rain-X!

Waste of time and money. Car left just as dirty as it went in. No soap coming through gun..went back home and hand washed it..won't be back.

I had an issue with paying for my car wash. Other customers were very helpful and the attendant was wonderful and sorted it all out for me.

I like the facilities but I don't like the minimum $10 for the dog wash not having to use my time and money to leave the wash bay clean.

A decent place to wash the dirt off your car. Brushes and water wands are a bit worn, but the facilities are otherwise well maintained.

Staff are super friendly and the equipment is by far the best in the area. If you're a local you need to come here to wash your car.

Old and not worth it. Auto wash was faulty and took more money than it should have. Manual wash bays dirty with worn out fittings.

The self-service car wash isn't the best for what they advertise. Also, do note that they do not dry your vehicle by any means

bay 3 has been broken since at least yesterday. Takes money, but nothing in return. Perhaps someone could pop out and fix it ?

One of the bays has faulty buttons and $5 min on coins now, didnt realise and now im out $5 to get a small amount of soap off

Went to use vacuums. The one I used had pretty low flow but worked. The vacuum area also doesn't have anywhere to hang mats.

Quite convenient and not bad value for money. The jets aren't angled in a way that clean the glass of the side mirrors.

Good facilities but coin machine didn't have $1 coins. Have had this issue in the past. But otherwise good facilities.

Dog wash takes card, water and dryer are both warm Flea wash seems to trigger hay fever in my household, not sure why

Brushless carwash leaves a smokey residue on your car but great to quickly get Pterodactyl poop off your car

My boy loved his warm and efficient bath. Clean and easy to use - EFTPOS incredibly handy also.
